We had to made the unimaginable decision today for our sweet Jake, which we have loved for 14 years. The Doctor and staff treated us with such kindness and empathy. They did not rush us and allowed us time we desperately needed in order for us to begin our healing. Forever grateful for their loving care!

Top notch! We usually take our Lab to another Veterinary Clinic. We had a scare with our girl and our Vet couldn't work us in. We called York Vet and spoke to Sarah. She was amazing and they got us in within the Hour!!! Dr. Ashley was GREAT! She thoroughly explained the needed treatment and took great care of our girl. Due to Covid, they have you wait in your car while they examine your pet. Even while waiting in the car, they make you feel connected. Seriously considering moving all our pets to this practice. Thank you York Vet!!

Use to take all my dogs here staff normally great with the animals. This rating is more about the service when no customers in lobby or parkinglot and can't get medication till 24 hours after making the drive. When last round I was able to get it same day. (Informed that it was on hand as well just I have to wait 24 for them to fill the order a.k.a tear a pill off a 6 pack.)( In response to feedback. This type of information should be given to your customer day one. I was able to pick up meds same day bringing pet up and a month later same day but for the 3rd month of treatment after showing up that's when I get this information and your employee Erin said told me 6 months and not a year for this "recent" change.) Please be more informative with your patrons.

Very good and nice friendly workers. Also they did amazing and got our cat better!

Our chocolate lab, Sienna, was almost 16 and in failing health. The folks at York Vet Services couldn't have been more professional and compassionate as they helped us through a very difficult decision. Sara, Erin, and Dr. Alex were great in our initial visit and again yesterday as we said goodbye to Sienna. Can't thank you enough.

My cat was very sick and this vet turned my wife away because she was late to the appointment! I will never go back!

the service was decent , they lied to me about prices and didn't inform me that I would get charged $50 for my pet to come in since she was a new member , I was also told it would only be $80 to get my animal vaccinated and checked up but it overall was $129 and I was not at all prepared for such a high amount of money then to get told I have to continue to pay each time I go back for my scheduled booster instead of doing it all in one time. I don't dislike the place , everyone was incredibly friendly and made me and my pet feel welcomed I just wished I would've been informed more about the actions and prices ????????????

They were very friendly and took great detail in examining my dog. I felt very comfortable with them. And some of their customers gave excellent reports about them and the way they were with their pets. I'll go back to them

Love this vet, always friendly, always on time and gives options on the best treatment and medications.

This veterinary has really gone down hill over the past few years. I had taken all of my pets here and every visit they always change things. As soon as my dogs would get used to one flea and tick medicine, they would stop carrying it! The increased the hoarding fees without even telling me, I only noticed after paying. Several of the employees have quit and they replaced them with rude and ignorant girls. I will not utilize this vet anymore.

Very friendly and don't mind explaining things to you. We always bring our fur monsters to york vet! ????
