Never called me to set up an appointment.

We have used Dr. Martineau off and on for years. Yesterday she came to help our elderly doggy cross the rainbow bridge. She was so kind and gentle in her approach to this difficult time. I highly recommend when the time comes for you to assist your beloved non-human pass, contact Dr. Martineau and do it in your home. I wish I had done it this way with all my other animals and not in the coldness and strangeness of a vet office. It is way more peaceful and her warmth and understanding really does help ease the sorrow.

Our family was new to the Charlotte area when our dog Madison started having issues with one of her legs. Dr Martineau came quickly to see her even though Madison wasn’t her patient. Unfortunately Madison was given a poor prognosis and Dr Martineau waited until it was right for us to have to have her euthanized. It was a peaceful loving experience for us and Madison thanks to Dr Martineau. She took care of all cremation details. We highly recommend her for any of your veterinarian needs. ❤️❤️

Joann was great! I have an eleven year old outdoor dog who does not like going to the vet at all! Having Joann come to us saved so much stress for me and my sweet boy. He was able to remain comfortable in his own yard and didn't have to be stressed about other dogs, new sterile smells, and not being able to pee where he wanted. Joann was very sweet and patient. I asked her to look at my dog's leg because he was limping, which she did. But then she began to examine other things she noticed he might be struggling with. She then walked me through the best options for a dog his age and my budget. She catered to both our needs. I feel very comfortable with trusting Joann for my dogs' needs. I am so excited that I found her. Both of my dogs are older and being able to save them the stress of having to travel to the vet every so often is well worth it. I will absolutely be using services from Joann again!
