Our fur baby was sick and almost died but the staff at Van Crest Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. They took her in and cared for her with love and even allowing her to stay overnight and get care. She finally pulled through with their love and compassion and experienced care ❤ we are forever grateful to them for saving Cupcakes life she's part of our family and the thought of her not being here was too much but God had her in the best hands at Van Crest. Thank you Thank you ???? ????

Family oriented and they always take care of my baby T-REX

My niece had a little lost dog jump in the car with her. Van Crest was the closest vet to me. They gladly offered to scan for a chip. The staff was supper nice. BTW sweet girl is back with with her family.

My baby Barney (dog) had a broken tooth and after a Petrifying experience with a different vet, I took my dog Barney to Dr. Chambers and his team. The previous experience was so traumatic for Barney and myself that I was beyond nervous when Lex took Barney to the back to draw blood. (I did share with her the previous experience) When Lex came back out, she told me that everything went great - that he was nervous at first but took her time to calm him down and then chop chop it was all done. After the surgery, Lex sent me the sweetest picture of my baby - when he woke up he started whining so she went in his crate with him to calm him down.. Now THAT's what I call above and beyond. The following day I received a call from Lex to check in. All went well. I was able to send pictures via text from the wound and received answers in a short time. Dr. Chambers is so quick to respond to my email as well. Indeed, I paid a little more with Dr. Chambers than the quote I received at the previous vet - HOWEVER, the loving care & competent service Barney received and the kindness I received (I might have been slightly over-worried..) are MORE than worth the slightly higher cost. We are grateful!

Great personal care and service

Extremely friendly staff and caring doctor. They saw us on fairly short notice. Patiently answered my questions and worked with me by offering multiple options to suit my financial situation and do what needed to be done to make sure Reese was taken care of. Will definitely be making this my pet's veterinary clinic. I would recommend them to anyone who has furry family members!

Everyone was very nice and showed a lot of love to my puppy. They were very kind and inviting, they also showed attention and care towards my very attention loving 3 year old. My dog was comfortable and seemed to warm up to the staff quickly so he clearly trusted them as did I. Im very satisfied with thr entire experience and look forward to taking my puppy back for his next appointment.

From the moment I called to when my cats were released, the staff are so understanding! Nothing was done without my approval and everything was carefully explained! So surprise large bill!! I'm so happy with my cat's vet!!

We recently had to put down our 15 year old black lab, Bella. Dr. C. and staff at Van Crest helped us through this heartbreaking chore with professionalism and sympathy. We later received a sympathy card signed by many of the VC staff along with Bella's pawprint. My wife and I are much appreciative of the care Van Crest gave our pet in her final years.

I have an elderly chihuahua with congestive heart failure and Dr. Nick was very comforting and professional. Everyone I encountered was nice and compassionate. There will be a time when treatment is at an end and I feel comfortable having Van Crest and Dr. Nick helping me through the decision making process.

Absolutely phenomenal vet’s office!!! These people truly care about the animals they see!!! It is a family business- the husband and wife both are vets and they have taken great care of me and all my pets and my parents pets too!!! Today they treated one of my foster pups- I love these guys- I know I’m in good hands when I’m there and my pet is too!!!

These are the best veterinarians I know. They're always kind, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile. Not to mention, they know their stuff.

Absolutely LOVE Van Crest! Both veterinarians are absolutely phenomenal! They have taken SUCH good care of my two sweet babies over the years. The whole staff is incredibly respectful and as a client, I can always see how much everyone in that office genuinely loves caring for animals. Appointments are consistently timely, effective, and very affordable. If I could give this office ten stars, I would! ????

I love Vancrest Animal hospital. The Doctors are always professional and listen you your concerns. They treat my pets lovingly and my pets are always happy to go to the vet, even when they don’t feel good. The Doctor duo team “The Chambers “ are such wonderful people. If you have a pet and need veterinarian help please visit them. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive.

Great folks here and appreciate their care of my dog.

Been meaning to write a review for them awhile, but we just started going to Van Crest with my animals for a few months. I absolutely love their service and how they take care of our fur babies. They definitely make sure we stay on top with our pets staying healthy all around, which what I love most about them. And lastly, thank you Van Crest team for helping our baby Miso, her skin condition is so much better now!

Dr. Nick and his staff are the best! They came highly recommended by some of our neighbors and we aren’t disappointed! My dogs seem to love them!

We took our 8 week old kitten in today. After being that this vet a few times I deemed it safe enough to bring our newest baby in. They told us he had an ear infection. We left with medicine for his ear. A few hours later when I come home I see that his left eye looks pretty bad. I was sure why so I called the vet. After they returned my phone call I was told the doctor say “Yes, we did get medicine in his eye, but we cleaned and washed it.” But they did not tell us when we picked him up!!!! I was then told to pick up eye medicine for him but I have to pay $30. In my opinion, I shouldnt pay for their mistake. I asked if it was possible to comp this price. They said no, and gave me 20% off. When I picked up the new prescription I asked for documents so that I can go to a new vet. But I have to wait on approval.. The whole thing is pretty upsetting. It wouldnt be such a big deal if 1)They told me upon pickup what happened with his eye 2)I didnt pay for the new prescription 3)Someone apologized

Dr. Can't seem to differentiate between a female cat and a neutered male cat. This was a red flag. As I was told afterwards from another friend in rescue that the same thing happened to them. It's really not that hard and a vet that cannot tell the difference between boy and girl kitties should choose another profession. I had someone else bring a cat in that had a tear in "his" leg, but the staff and the doctor both had terrible bedside manors. They would not give any info to this person (trying to adopt) but talked down to them. I was working and this was a big inconvenience because the customer left and cat was still injured. To top it off because they did not listen to my needs through this person they did what they wanted. They took blood and did a combo test and I only knew after the fact. They still changed for an office visit though and it was a waste of my time and money! Highly Not Recommended!

Very personable and understanding of my pets condition. Took the time to explain the differential diagnosis and came up with a final diagnosis plus treatment plan for my pet before check out. My pet seems to be doing better today.

Unbelievable service. They LOVE dogs...even difficult ones. I am so pleased with their care of my dog and how professional they were. Everyone I encountered during my visit were above excellent.

My experience was amazing they were so friendly and they got my dog in quickly for an emergency situation thank you all so much for the great experience I will continue to use you all in the future. Also the prices were great.

Clearly communicated to me what to expect and were upfront with services and potential costs. Additional services were required, and again, these were clearly communicated and priced prior to performing. Professional and courteous. Not the cheapest $, but could have been more $$$. Good competitive pricing, and I felt it to be a good value.
