We are about to have Cataract Syrgery Tuesday. So far Doctor Davis and the Ophthamology team have been great.

They were great with my dog. All were Caring, Personable & Professional. Dr. Amanda Davis is excellent. She performed an eye procedure on my dog & it had perfect results! I only wish my Vet had referred me & my dog's eye injury sooner to Dr. Davis & Blue Pearl! Jaquetta the Assistant is wonderful & Eileen at the Front Desk is great as well! I highly reccomend them!!!! Thanks to all of you!????????????????

Saved my dog, and while I sat literally out in parking lot several hours I saw numerous pets being brought in by their humans. Staff was beyond stretched thin PLUS the only place from Augusta to Lexington even open Thanksgiving Day, and compassionate to each & every one of us. Updates given along with options for treatment - worry every penny!

Went to multiple vets and kept being told nothing was wrong but the vets here seem to do a more thorough analysis to help find any potential problems with your pets! Friendly and reassuring!

Excellent care and service. Not our first rodeo with these angels of mercy, so we felt very confident our pet would have the best care possible.

Our baby girl was bit by something. We were scared we were going to lose her as her face swelled faster than we had ever seen before! From the phone call asking them what to do, through our wait for her, this staff was amazing. We could not go in with her which was very scary, and our wait was 6 hours, but they took care of our girl and we were able to bring her back home. Thank you for the care you gave her and for being open 24/7. I don’t know what we would have done!

We are so grateful for this place - they were able to give my little guy his eyesight back and greatly improve his quality of life. Dr. Amanda Davis is absolutely wonderful, as are the rest of the staff. They are so caring and nice - it's clear that they truly love animals. They aren't the cheapest place around but they aren't absurdly expensive either. When it comes to a specialist, you get what you pay for and we will always recommend and return to Blue Pearl. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Rathgeber proved to be a highly competent and caring orthopedic surgeon for our dog, Piper. We came in a few days after we had one of those gut-wrenching experiences that some pet owners have when you look at their poor little leg, and you know from looking at it. She broke it. First, they got us in quickly when other people were not taking us. Second, Dr. Rathgeber patiently worked through the options with me as I considered what they had found with Piper and the financial impact on my family and me. At that moment, I especially appreciated how she allowed time for my questions, never at all seeming impatient, and made sure to instruct her staff to give me a moment to say goodbye to Piper as she was admitted to their facility for care. On the day of the surgery, I got a pre-op call and a post-op call, explaining that the procedure was started and then informing me how everything had gone. All follow-ups to the surgery were muted in cost and clear in direction for at-home care. Dr. Rathgeber not only would tell us what we needed to know, but she would also write it up and have it emailed to us by her accommodating staff. In total, we had six experiences with the hospital. All of them were highly professional, timely, and caring. The best part is that we now have a bouncy, fun-loving six-month-old puppy again. I will close by saying that 1) I thought what we paid was fair for a fine orthopedic surgeon and that BluePearl worked hard to keep our expenses low, and 2) At our last visit, Dr. Rathgeber personally came out to our car to retrieve Piper. She is not only good at her job, she cares.

Samantha is a wonderful physical therapist at BP. She's very compassionate, and helped provide a better quality of life for our little Rudy. She was there when we needed her, even in an emergency, and really came through in finding a cart to help with his mobility issues. She took time to explain the situation and options. She communicated with us even after the appointment, providing additional information. I just couldn't say enough good things. I definitely recommend.

Covid protocols still in place here, so I had to stay in my car. But the staff were very responsive. After the examination, the vet specialist (opthalmologist) came out to talk to me, explained everything in detail, and answered my questions. I did not have to wait long at all.

Great service and caring providers!

Very caring and attentive staff. We visited the neurologist, Dr. Draper. He did a great job explaining our baby's situation, a path forward, treatment options and associated expenses. He made himself available to answer my family's questions as we decided how best to help our four-legged family member. This is a great specialty clinic for dogs.

Everyone is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I felt comfortable leaving my baby with them because I knew in my heart he was in the best of hands. Both Dr. Draper and Dr. Kunkle are absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend VCA if you are looking for the best of the best!

While no one ever wants to have to take their pet to the doctor, I was very glad I chose to take my dog to Dr. Davis. She was very knowledgeable and sincere and took time to explain everything and discuss treatment options for my pug's eye problems. Her nursing staff was just as equally amazing and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about the two nurses who assisted us yesterday. I was very grateful for the level of service and care we received and I would highly recommend Dr. Davis and her team based on my personal experience there.

Get a 2nd opinion or you just may be scammed and given back a dead pet.

First class Vet with first class staff. Expertly diagnosed our dog’s symptoms and walked us through the tests and potential outcomes. Upfront with pricing which we appreciated. When it came time to ultimately say goodbye to Buster they were kind, completely professional, and respectful. Sent us a personally written note from the entire staff. They do the little things that helped my wife and I through one of the most difficult times in our lives.

I've been battling health problems with my Pug for his entire life that ended up in blindess and went there today expecting horrible news (that it was something wrong with his brain) the Dr and all the vet techs treated him and I so good with kindness and compassion and I left there feeling hopeful ????, something I desperately needed...I'm beyond happy that I chose to bring him to see them today

I love this place because they have saved a few of my pets that were in critical condition. Without their knowledge and availability my pets would not have survived. An example is when my cat was biten by a Timber Rattlesnake and the veterinarians were able to save her. A special thanks to Tristan Weinkle, who did most of the treatments on her. Needless to say, I highly recommend this facility.

My daughter rescued a kitten today and we took it to this establishment for a checkup, the staff was kind and courteous during the entire visit. Because of the coronavirus, they took every necessary precautions to protect them and the patrons utilizing curbside visits. If needed i will be using this facility in the future, oh and we named our new addition "PEPPER".

Clean and organized. Vet.s, and all staff, were very pleasant to deal with. Concerned follow-up after treatment. Prices are high, as with all big chain places, but my Lil Man is worth it.

Love this place, the Dr. and everyone who works here. My dog was hit by a car and if they weren't here Gracie wouldn't have survived. Gracie is now walking again with almost a full recovery. BEST place in SC to bring your hurt pet for sure!

The staff and doctors are very nice, knowledgeable and efficient.

This is the absolute best place to take your pets after hours or other when you need immediate help, second opinion, or otherwise. Very nice, doctors and staff!! Highly recommend!!
