I had a positive experience here about a year ago. I was told they are a no-kill shelter. This may not apply to animals that are critical, but it I believe it applies to general residents.

They kill animals here. They’ll sell you animals that are dying, or have diseases that they don’t tell you about. They only care about money. Recommend Humane Society, not these heartless crooks.

Won't go back, made the appointment over the phone, was told 200.00, my in laws dropped our boys off, then talked them into adding on more than needed. 320.00 later.....BS...JUST STICK WITH WHAT THE INITIAL REQUESTS WERE .

I’ve been taking my 2 babies to pets inc since I’ve first got them. A good price for a good service. They always seem happy going there and the office is clean. The staff is super nice as well and the doctors always answer any questions I have. I appreciate all of them

It’s kind of sad because Pets inc used to be so good. They were cheap and did a good job. Now they up charge and look for top dollar on everything. I would say look around before going to pets inc. There are cheaper alternatives.

Poor customer service, nasty and liars and disrespectful. Take up prices after giving you another price believe they putting money in there on pocket for personal use.

Literally almost killed my cat with their "affordable" rabies shots. Had to take him to a hospital short after. These people are also kinda terrible.

I have sent emails to multiple facilities that advertise low spay/neuter for information on the process. This includes Pet Inc, APSCA, Humane Society, and Pet Smart. No one has responded to any of my emails. No organization should say they do something and then don't. All have a link to send emails but none again have responded. Shouldn't have the link if not going to respond to emails.

West Columbia pets inc horrible experience with Charles ! Charles seems more interested in abusing his power than adopting pets out to loving homes ! Charging $200 per adoption and then making you jump through so many hoops to be approved for the adoption including multiple trips that most will simply give up. Charles also found it acceptable to yell at a 3 year old over a pet up for adoption . Never again !!!!

I took on a neighbors pet she could not keep and the puppy had been seen by Petsinc. I already had my regular Vet but since Nena was familiar to the staff at PetsInc i decided to continue her care there. I was happy with the ease of appointments after confusion of date change and understood they had a wider range need to care for animals remotely on weekends. I was extremely happy with the Vet Sarah and her documentation of Nena's care and ongoing health.I completely feel moving forward Nena will benefit being treated for any future preventative care or emergencys. Once again i appreciate the staff and we are signing up to be a monthly donor to support a great organization. Kenny and Marie OBrien

the only redeeming quality about this organization is the price. I had an appointment to get my cat spayed and they said they would give me a call to go over the pre-op checklist (they never called). I dropped my cat off and they told me she would be ready by 4:30. I went back at 4:30 and then they told me it would be another 20 minutes. between waiting to pay the bill and waiting to get my cat, it took me exactly one hour to get out of there which is ridiculous. to make matters worse, I would say 60% of staff does not wear a mask which made me uncomfortable. i’ll go to a real vet next time

I have recently taken several pets to Pets inc for spay and neutering services as well as a general office visit. I am very impressed with this clinic , their cleanliness and their staff. Very Professional and friendly. The process of check in and check out is streamlined and convenient. Highly recommend.

Intake process is not effective. I have sent all of the emails needed and have not heard back. They cannot be contacted over the phone only via email. I am sure its due to the volume, but some communications would be appreciated.

I dropped off my dog Aliegh ( formally known as Trixie) for her to be spayed . Everything was great with the care of my girl...only two complaints...1) I called three times and was on hold for a total of 1 hr 26 mins.to check on my dog. Never was able to talk to a person. My second call, I was immediately asked if I could hold and I said "no, I have been on hold for 30/mins" , the response was " we are busy, you have to hold", then held for another 30 mins. So, I never got to check on my baby and when to pick her up. Apparently, they tell you what time to pick them up, when you check them in, if you listen. I did not ???? 2) The employees are dealing with the public, during a pandemic and none of them were wearing a mask. I was under the impression that it was mandatory now. I respected them enough to wear my mask and feel I deserved the same respect. Per CDC, wearing a mask is 50% more effective if everyone wears one. I don't want to wear one either.???????? ** On a side note, the manager (I did not catch his name) called me when I was late picking up my girl. I was still about 15 mins away and he was understanding. When I arrived , he was friendly and answered all my questions. He apologized for the phone situation. He explained that they were very busy and he was essentially training new people. So, they should keep him around because until he called, I was upset that my baby was having surgery and couldn't check on her. So, ????????for the manager. Give him a raise.????????

Petsinc is such an awesome place! Not only do they find great homes for so many cats and dogs, like my pup I got in 2015, but the clinic has great prices and always works so hard to make my animals feel comfortable every time they go. I’m so thankful for all they do and for saving my guy! who knows where he would be without them!

I adopted my kittens from here in November 2020 and took them to get spayed/neutered recently. Everything was fine, except when I went to pick them up, they were brought to me in their crate covered in their own urine/feces. I'll keep this breif, as I put all my energy into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau already this morning. Love my kittens, absolutely HATE the condition I picked them up in. Was appalled the vet/techs/employees neglected to clean them and insure their incision isn't infected (from sitting in their own mess all day). I hate the idea that they were in their carrying crate all day, instead of a kennel with a litter box at least. On another note, they are back to themselves and wounds seem healthy/normal. Overall, not pleased with this situation and won't be taking any of my animals to their vet clinic.

The WORST experience ever. They let someone who apparently never did adoptions, do our adoption. Didn’t explain the contract in detail and apparently has quit now. Returned a dog after two days after an allergic reaction to having him and they wouldn’t refund any of my money. Even though I returned all the USED ITEMS I bought. Then when I finally got the manager to call me (after multiple phone calls and nobody ever calling back) she proceeds to yell at me saying someone already spoke to me. And I was well Aware I wasn’t getting a refund and hung up. Wouldn’t let me even say anything. MIND YOU, I’ve been so patient with these people and have never once called angry. What kind of “customer service” does that? And these are the people that locals are supporting? And then when I call back after the manager RUDELY hung up (which, I’ve never met a manager that would do that) they tell me she’s refusing to talk to me. I’m sure ANYONE else would be pretty upset about losing $500.00. And they hung up again. Ha. Joke of a company. Better of going to Pawmetto Lifeline. They are way more professional and know what they are doing. Petsinc is just a money making scam who pretends to care about animals.

Best place to adopt fur babies! They are all so kind and the pets just need their perfect forever home. I’ve adopted twice from them so far and I will keep adopting from them as long as they’re around!!

My experience with Petsinc was AMAZING!!. DR.T is the best I visited for my dog's eye but she did the full exam and found out that there was a heart murmur and we had no idea Dr. T really is knowledgeable and compassionate in her professional skills. The staff is superb Nurse Andy is the best, and really made my heart smile. We visited so many vets and this one is the best yet. We left with meds needed for our baby and a follow-up. And under a $100. for exam and 3 meds. Wow! respthe right charge amount and he double check just to make sure and I really really really did appreciate that this was our first visit and would definitely not be the last thanks to the entire staff at pets Inc

Went in on July 17, 2020, and adopted a beautiful cat. The process was easy and quick. Amber took the time to sit down and talk with me. I highly recommend you adopt your new family member from them.

Don't like adopting a sick dog. Didn't even send him home with a cone for his neuter surgery that was done a few days ago...would not recommend to adopt from this place. I understand that they can't see all illnesses but sending him home without a cone so he can chew his incision site is horrible. Also the place stinks something awful. Bathed him when we got home and he had a brown river flowing off of him. Uncalled for. Too bad I can't adopt all the poor babies... So after 330 vet visit and 330 adoption fee. We have a new dog...

It was brought to my attention that you have a gentleman there who has been volunteering for years and has not been hired because of his disability. SHAME ON YOU.

Clinic won't tell you about all the extra costs to spay your dog by phone. Paid twice the amount they advertise. Very dissatisfied with most of the workers in veterinary care. Signs out front describe loving the fur babies. Definitely not what I encountered. I'd recommend finding a better place to take care of your loved one(s).

Very disappointed in the spay my dog has gotten here. I normally go to pawmetto lifeline for my dogs but they were booked and needed to get in asap before my dog went into heat. Paid for the extra laser healing she is stillll raw and dischargey after over a week. Extreme razor burn. I'm a dog groomer and the only way you can razor burn a dog that bad is by using extremely dull blades and digging into the skin. My puppy has wounds from the severe razor burn as well as the spay wound. They didn't seem to care or offer any sort of refund when I called them. Disappointed won't be back. I'm going to stay with pawmetto lifeline

The staff working at this clinic do so as a labor of love. They are genuinely caring towards the animals. They have plenty of space to visit with the animals both indoors and outdoors in order to get acquainted. They also have pet food and supplies such as leashes and beds available to purchase.
