Passionate Paws is the best Veterinary Hospital I've ever taken my dog! From the time you walk in until you leave, your pet is treated with kindness and compassion. The Doctors and Staff are always professional, while still being personable and friendly. My GSD has always been extremely cautious of strangers and can be intimidating, so our first visit was a true test. Dr. Bonilla worked with her, offering treats and toys to gain her trust before the exam. I was extremely impressed. Passionate Paws Animal Hospital is certainly a place you can take your pet and feel confident they will be comfortable and happy!

We switched vets right at the beginning of the pandemic. I have had the best experience with Dr. Bonilla! Both my pups love her and the staff is amazing. Recently, my dog hurt her neck and we did the laser therapy treatment. I was skeptical it would work but could tell a noticeable difference after the first treatment! If you are hesitant to try an alternative treatment...they do work! Dr. Bonilla is amazing and truly loves the animals and also takes the time to explain the treatment options as well as figure out what may be the best option cost wise.

Attentive and kind staff. Thorough communication from veterinarians and groomers. My dogs are very comfortable there and so are my wife and I.

I took my puppy for grooming and the whole process was so easy.. The people are very caring.. my puppy went in for 3 hours as they stayed, great place for grooming.. and their basic package for my maltipoo was $18

The team is very caring and compassionate and truly do everything to make sure our dog has a positive experience. We also use their grooming services which are wonderful. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else!

Worry Free: we have been bringing our dogs to Passionate Paws for over 5 years. Dr. Bonilla won over our reluctant pup on the first visit and has never failed to treat them tenderly, appropriately and successfully. A couple of years ago we moved 30 miles away and thought we would find a vet closer to our new home. After a couple of visits we were very disappointed and returned to Passionate Paws. We trust them completely. It is well worth the long drive.

My recently rescued senior dog had damaged knees--sore and arthritic with torn ACL's. Dr Bonilla recommended PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections to help her rebuild cartilage and make her more comfortable. It has made a huge difference in Lucy's quality of life! She has less pain, more stamina, and her previously shaky unstable legs are already walking more sure with no shaking! So thankful for Passionate Paws and their integrative medicine!

I took my dog here for a check up for a limp he had. Due to the new COVID rules I had my sister drop my fur baby off and told her to give them my number as she wasn't the owner. She goes to drop him off, lets the staff know she isn't the owner and to call me ( I know because I was on the phone when she said it) , the employee continues to ask about vaccines ignoring what she says. My sister again repeats that they need to call me. I later get a call and they have given my dog vaccines he DIDN'T NEED! I had been taking my dog to another vet that had more flexible hours so he was already fully vaccinated. I tell the lady on the phone that that was their error and she tells me "well you still have to pay for it" . EXCUSE ME!!? What kind of service is this?! I have to pay for your lack of listening skills? I used to go here and really loved the doctors but I can't have my dogs getting vaccines they doesn't need and then having a staff who could care less.

The girls at the front were nice when you first call, however the groomer cut our 3month old puppy nails and made him bleed. He was there for over three and a half hours for a puppy initiation visit. They trimmed his bottom yet it was not even at all the owner's husband who spoke with my husband regarding these issues was arrogant and inflammatory ,it was very difficult to have any type of conversation with this man because he didn't want to hear any complaints. They record every single call, Oh and they don't tell you they record the calls so obviously there's got to be a lot of complaints going on because he said he goes back to listen to them when there are issues so what does that tell you about the company.

Best vet!!!!! Love Dr Bonilla great vet and I love all the staff there too. My boxer Joy loves it too and she gets EXCELLENT care. You will just love Passionate Paws Animal Hospital for your special buddy. Genny R

very caring and my fur baby seemed happy even after getting all her shots

We just added a new fur baby to our family, and selected Passionate Paws Animal Hospital for his care. Their no fear policy is what drew me to them - an 8 week old puppy with a soft nature needs special handling. He came back from his exam a happy boy - clearly they stand by no fear. From my first encounter making the appointment, through engaging with the vet tech, then speaking with Dr. Brue, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was clearly explained to me, including selection of puppy food, vaccinations, and how to deal with socialization during Covid were covered. An excellent practice!!

The staff is friendly and informative. Dr. B was patient and explained in great detail, the procedures.

Feels more like a caring medical practice than a run of the mill veterinary office. Dr. Bonilla really seems to care about the animals and gives comprehensive and honest feedback/advice in regards to your pets ailments/diagnosis.
