The lady on the front desk was rude. They proscribe the medicine to my dog that case cancer. Unbelievable. When I came back to tell this to a doctor they don’t wants to even give me a refund and was avoiding me. Stay away from this place If you love your pets!!!!

My baby dog has so many issues that I don't have time to list them all. Dr. Setzer has been helpful and kind with his his care of her. She is now diabetic on top of everything else. I feel so comfortable when I bring my baby in for monitoring. The entire staff is loving to my baby and that makes her feel at ease. Thanks so much Dr. Setzer and staff for the care that you give to my baby.

Dr. Setzer and the Team at Leslie Animal Hospital I can not thank you enough. It was 15 minutes before closing on a Friday evening and I called for an emergency surgery for my dog Chloe. Dr. Setzer with no question asked came in on his day off on a Saturday with his Tech Diana and performed emergency surgery on Chloe. I highly recommend Leslie Animal Hospital in Rockhill SC. They went above and beyond to get my Chloe feeling better. Such a beautiful blessing Leslie Animal Hospital has been to my family. Amazing staff very attentive to all your animals needs. Thank you Thank you!!!!!

it has taken me several months to process my anger around my experience. i am a transplant here, and i am a very private person whose entire life revolves around my animals, as they are my only family. COVID has led to many financial struggles for us all, and as I am self-employed as an artist, my struggles have felt magnified beyond the "usual". there have been weeks where i have chosen to feed my animals over feeding me. i was using Lesslie when i first moved here because the vet was very kind to my rabbit's malocclusion, and i trusted him. seeing as my dogs were healthy, and i already had a good grasp on the chronic issues of my 12 year old mix, it was not a priority to spend money on wellness checks of my animals in the year and a half i have lived here, until finances get more stabilized. I also don't go to the hospital or doctor for myself, DUE TO FINANCES. my elder dog's issues finally got to the point where her quality of life was declining and her ability to bounce back was declining, and in may, i knew that it was time to put her to rest. whatever she had going on was going to be chronic enough and expensive enough to exhaust my entire monthly income for living expenses above and beyond keeping a roof over our heads. i chose the ethical and loving thing to do: euthanasia. and let me tell you why...it is STATISTICALLY PROVEN that old dogs do NOT get adopted when they are surrendered. they die abandoned in shelters. given the trauma history of my pack, i could not guarantee their ability to integrate into new situations with new animals and new people. so, i chose to put her to sleep, on our terms, in my arms, when her body finally was chronically ill enough to make all of our lives complicated. and let me tell you what happened that day; it was june 1st of this year, and we spent the day in peaceful space with her, doing her favorite things. when i brought her in at 3 p.m., she "knew", but she wasn't stressed beyond normal vet anxiety. This vet had never seen her before and questioned my diagnosis of her ongoing issues. it was the most unprofessional and traumatizing moment of my entire experience with vets. PERIOD. he was condescending and terse, and as my anxiety spiked, my beautiful old lady's spiked (she was trained as a psychiatric service dog in my dissertation management theory), and her last moments were spent trembling, afraid, and not understanding what was going on. i will never use this vet again. ever. even if you were the last available veterinarian for 50 miles, i would sooner put an ethical bullet in my pack's head than subject them to this trauma in their final moments. SHAME ON YOU. shame on your misogyny and assumption that because i am a young and ignorant looking woman, my response and life choices reflect that assumption.

I took my new puppy Doobie to this vet last Friday. It cost almost 80 dollars and come to find out today they did even do the test that they charged me for. Needless to say the are sending me a check for to refund. I just worried how many other people they have done this way that never called to see what the test say. Most people think no news is good news. I didn’t get and news until I called them. I wouldn’t recommend this vet for one thang.

Very friendly staff and tech/ vet! My pups weren't even scared, they were actually playing and play fighting with each other the entire time. Good vibes all around, Dr. Setzer is awesome.

We haven't used the vet services, but they are our backup kennel. People there have always been very friendly. A little more pricey than our usual place, but with a dog with health issues having a vet closer at hand is comforting.

Great doctor and great service. I rescue and foster so I go there a lot. Their rate is more than fair for our rescue and the doctor is always available if you have questions.

So, I had a family member come to this vet for their pitbull a while back ago. He required surgery due to swallowing something. The pup went home and had to be takin back due to the wound not healing properly. When he went back he never came out, he ended up passing away, unfortunetly. I dont reccomend this vet by any means. Ive read the bad reviews on this place and every single one of those reviews the vet replies n says they couldnt find their name in the system so it has to be a fake post. They cannot even admit their wrongs. Furthermore, I highly do not reccomend.
