Not sure. I took my dog in for acupuncture and laser treatment and went to my car. She was seen and treated in 10 minutes. I guess maybe a 5 star if this is the new normal. My dogs have had many acupunctures from Dr. Fowler and usually lasting from 30 to 45 minutes. I am just stunned at the speed. The acupuncture from Dr. Fowler seemed to help some of my dogs. Just happened yesterday so I'm wondering about the process.

Excellent, knowledgeable and sensitive staff. Everything was clean, organized, and quiet for my three yappy dogs. I drive over 30 minutes to have her treat my pets because Dr Fowler (and my dogs) are worth it every time.

Horrible people, was turned away saying they were booked up and would NOT help a dying kitten bleeding and hardly able to breathe. I'd give zero stars if this was an option. Shame on you so called doctor Fowler for not helping this dying kitten. I'd recommend ANY other vet except this one. I hope you guys suffer and the business closes and you never have any luck with a job in the future. My grandma is still upset and cry's every time she speaks about this experience!

My first experience with a vet that thinks outside the box, , best decision i ever made for my dogs. Dr Fowler was amazing and so was her staff. Unfortunately my family had to move out of state, but iv considered making the 2 1/2 hour drive just so Dr Fowler can treat my girls. Seriously, best vet ever!

She is always so kind! Makes sure to use holistic methods vs pumping our cats with unwanted pharmaceuticals.

I spoke with someone on the phone and where they were unable to help me, they directed me to a resource that was amazing!!! Thank you

Nice, caring staff. Affordable office visit. I would prefer to be inside with my pet. This whole covid thing and measures are an over reach in every way, shape and form, I understand vet is just following recommended protocol, how ever pets can not talk and owners should be able to be with them. Survival rate is 99.95 in those 65 and up if left untreated. Can't wait for things to go back to normal with out the suffocating, pointless face masks, only the patient may enter.... saw Dr. Catherine, she was very nice, kind, empathetic, and supportive.

Dr. Fowler is top notch! She really cares about her patients! Staff is very friendly as well.

We just had another great visit with Dr. Fowler. I highly recommend her for your pets needs. Staff are professional and very caring.

You won't find a bettet Vet. Holistic and very caring.

They were amazing, friendly, understanding to our dog's needs and very compassionate when it came to handling him. We will DEFINITELY recommend and use them again.

This is The Boxer Clan McKenzie, Alligator Mahogany, Dr. Fowler has been treating all of them since they were 8 weeks old. The staff with their patience with The Boxer Clan and their human have made me feel and safe each time one of my Boxer member has a vet visit.

Great place I would not take my dog any other place they really care about people and their animals dr. Jeanne Fowler is awesome I wish she were single LOL
