The staff members are always friendly and helpful with humans and so sweet with pets that come in. Great selection of food, toys, treats and anything else you need. The dog wash is awesome and much appreciated!! I live three minutes from PetSmart but prefer to drive a few extra miles to shop at PSP.

I'm impressed. I decided to try them since I had a coupon, and ordered several things from my local store to be delivered. I expected them to arrive in a few days. They literally delivered everything an hour after I made my purchase. And they came in these super useful and cute reusable/recyclable bags, I love that! The perks and discounts they offer for being on autoship are far better than the other sites I've tried. Definitely a long term customer now.

If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. They sell high quality dog foods that you can't get at a big box stores at reasonable prices.

This store has great prices, and a lot of products. Since shopping for my parrot ( I do also have a cat and dog), I was very happy with the assortment of toys and that they sell bulk food which is not found in other pet stores. Can’t wait to go back again. My new go to per store!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean. Crickets are the healthiest I've seen in a pet store. Large animals are usually cheaper than competition. I drive almost an hour to shop here,passing several other pet stores.
