Unprofessional to the max. Me and my girlfriend took our sick puppy to the vet a couple days ago because his diet switch had left him with some stomach problems. The employee that came to get our information did not want to listen to our concerns about his diet and had already made up her mind on what she thought it was before they had even walked him into the building. She told us: “you’re going to have to start considering options because treatment will be expensive.” Neither of us appreciated this and it was clear the unsympathetic, ignorant employee had no idea what was going on once we talked to the doctor. The doctor is the only bright spot of east Greenville animal hospital , she was nice, understanding, informative, and listened. We took our pup home and he was getting better and they told us to “call them any time if anything changes.” Fast forward to today, our puppy woke up unable to stand, falling over on either side. Of course this terrifies us so we start calling good ole east Greenville animal hospital, who not only won’t answer the phone during their hours of operation today (8-12), but also have actively picked up the call and hung it up immediately. This is the absolute worst vets office ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!

My cat hasn't drank anything for 4 days and tried to make an appointment, they told me they couldn't see her because of covid regulation.

Got my dog in day of for an ear infection when my vet couldn't see her for a week. We now have a new vet closer to our new place!! They were wonderful with Lola & reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.
