What can I say except they have everything you may need for your pet between the physical store & website. Watch the prices cause some stuff is a good price but some is way too high. Most of the employees are very nice & helpful. The store is always clean & pretty well stocked

The employees are so polite, they just had me feeling so comfortable and, I felted that I could trust them..Very patience and pleasant.

Prices are extremely high, the pet groomer is mean to the animals, I don't trust there care for my pet and you shouldn't either

Had a young lady as a cashier named Cierah. (Might of spelled her name incorrectly.) but she is super sweet and extremely helpful!! I appreciate her attitude and work ethic!!!

Our groomers do NOT have corona, we only have 2. They're booked. Our stock and inventory is out of our control. If distribution center doesn't have it, guess what we aren't getting. It's literally a pandemic you idgets

Price gouging unbelievable. PetSmart is way cheaper.

We went in to get a saucer for a mouse and there were none on the shelf. When we looked in the cages where the display were across from them, there were around 3 to 4 in at least 4 to 5 cages. When asked about them up front, we were told that a truck was coming in 3 days and it was highly unlikely there would be any on that. We ordered from Amazon. At least we know we will get one and when to expect it.

I purchased a bag of dog food and my little girl had an allergic reaction to it. On the back of the bag it says you can return for an exchange or a refund but the store manager Dennis would not exchange the bag. I only wanted an exchange not money and it simply wasn’t going to happen. I called petco headquarters they were to issue me a twenty dollar credit, well I went to use the credit and low and behold NO CREDIT !!!!! Incompetence at its finest with this entire company. Getting my credit and I’m officially DONE WITH PETCO. ????????????

I like the selection for my cats needs.

Was great. The guy working in the pet foods helped me find a dry food that my disabled dog really likes. He has long blond hair. He deserves a medal of honor. My dog has to be hand fed and he hasn't eaten dry food in 2 years. So thankful this guy works for you.

Great customer service. The store was clean, well organized and pet friendly.

The employees are very helpful in finding what you need to help take care of your pets, whether your baby has fins, scales or fur!

Sent my husband in to buy 5 gold fish. They. Hatched him over $50.. CRAZY. I went back an said the he price of the fish were actually $.34 cents.. somebody isn't doing something right over there

All associates were very helpful!

Called today, several times, 12-06-2021, to make a grooming appt for my dog; put on Eternal Hold each time; no one picks up. Must be short-staffed. Friend told me that other members of the staff in Grooming are out sick with COVID19.

Found the "No Go" spray that I had looked everywhere for.

I can't give 5 stars because I personally don't have a pet and don't see a use of this place... just kidding! I love walking in here, employees always asking if they can help, animals are amazing to look at and it's a great way to pass time if your waiting on someone, or something.

I've been to quite a few Petco stores and sadly this store just doesn't seem to cut it! They're in stock items are pretty limited, they seem to not be in touch with the many common needs in the area by many pet owners and animal caretakers! And like some other retailers in the area they always seem to have the most expensive selections in each department on hand but they're out of the cheaper options listed on their website that's only SOMETIMES available for delivery! I'm not sure the reason, maybe it's corporate, the regional manager, store manager? I don't know, but they need to become more in touch with the surrounding areas pet owners needs and wants and price points! Until they do many pet owners like me will be stuck shopping at Walmart.

Very friendly place to bring your pet to have a fun time. Kinda like a daycare for pets.

The groomer was being so rough with this small white dog! I published a photo of her with it as I watched her yank on its ears as she aggressively brushed its head! DO NOT groom your dogs here!!! I wish I could’ve said something to her! She was being way too rough with this small dog!!

Petco never has the items I need. They are always out of stock and the prices are a little high.
