Altitude Veterinary Hospital continues to provide outstanding care and service. With the addition of the east side clinic, it offers another location for the same great care.

Great staff who are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We will continue to come to Altitude for years to come because we trust them with our pets.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Huber and Dr Schwahn! They are the kindest, most professional and helpful Vets around. They go above and beyond to provide your animal with the utmost care. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. If I could give Altitude 10 stars, I would, because that’s what they truly deserve!

I had an emergency in which my dog Frank ate an overdose of his chemotherapy meds. The staff at Altitude on CY were great. Got me in immediately and took great care of my dog. Highly recommend!

The staff was able to get us in to an appointment on short notice. Dr. Huber was excellent and very sympathetic to my brokenhearted 13-year-old daughter. She also was very understanding about small pocket pets. Thanks for squeezing us in.

I am disabled, have PTSD, and rely on animal support to help manage the severity of my symptoms. I came to Altitude in January 2018 after another veterinary practice diagnosed my companion animal with lymphoma in the most unprofessional and unkind manner imaginable. Their treatment of me during that time caused trauma so severe I am still working on it in therapy. The staff at Altitude were a night and day difference. Although the diagnosis was correct and my beloved Merlin crossed the rainbow bridge six months later, the Altitude team treated the situation with kindness, empathy, and grace. They treated us as a family, with the understanding of how deeply the bond between human and animal companion can go, and provided such warmth and shared my pain, it made the whole process survivable for me. When the time came in the middle of the night, there was no irritation or annoyance for the midnight call, only sympathy and care. Although Altitude's prices are on the high end, you really REALLY get a much higher standard of care and deep love of animals from the Altitude practice. They don't treat you like a paycheck, they treat you like family. 10/10

We used to love altitude for years until they wouldn’t take our cat in during an emergency. Altitude told us over the phone to let them know how our cat was doing later and if it was bad they would ABSOLUTELY take him in for emergency right away. We call in an hour later as the cat declined quickly just to hear they wouldn’t take him anymore. It didn’t matter if we paid the price for emergency, they wouldn’t take him in. Our cat suffered until we could get him in to another vet, Dr.James who truly cared about our cat. Our cat passed the rainbow bridge peacefully thanks to Dr.James taking him in. It’s sad to know how much they declined, I will never be going back or ever recommending them after what happened.

Everyone was very nice and reassuring. I was very concerned for my cat. I was able to get a next day appointment. They were very good about explaining everything and including me in the treatment options.

The staff and Dr.’s at Altitude go above and beyond in caring for your pet!! They are professional beyond measure and absolutely responsive to your pets needs.

Everyone was caring and understanding. I was not rushed when I had questions. My dog Xena was spayed and they checked up on her afterwards.

I took my cat to be neutered and they also got him his vaccines. The facility was clean and the staff were kind to me and friendly with their coworkers as well

The doctors and staff here are consistently great, they are very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. They have been taking care of my 17 year old chihuahua for the past 7 years and I have never once had a bad experience. I trust the people here and highly recommend them to care for your pets!

Bring your pet family here

We recently moved here and became clients here. They have taken care of my kitten since we first got him and have done an amazing job helping us through some issues he had! He was recently neutered and recovered quickly and is doing great. We’ve also boarded him there for a few nights when he was still really little and the staff took excellent care of him! I’ve also brought our dog here for nail trims (which he hates) and they do a great job and charge a reasonable price too. Highly recommend coming to Altitude for all of your pet care needs. The staff are incredible and caring and you won’t find a better vet in the area!

We used to go to the one on Cy. Went to the other location on Country Club for the first time. This location is more convenient for us. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. Definitely will be bringing our furbabies back!!!

My cat had an ongoing mouth issue (stomatitis) and his remaining teeth were still giving him problems. Altitude got us right in without a lot of run-around like some vets. Within a week we had an appointment to have his remaining teeth removed. The vets and techs were caring, knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was very fair for a surgery. We will definitely use them again!

They take very good care of all my animals at both locations in casper wyo.

I dropped my dog off at 8am to get groomed, called at 1230pm, at which point they told me had not been touched yet. Keeping a dog in a kennel for 4.5 hours is hardly low-stress. When I finally arrived to pick up my dog, the groomer Jennifer (I believe), was on her cell phone with her back to me, did not greet me, told her assistant I was there for the (obvious) last dog in the kennel. She never acknowledged my presence otherwise.. Also, my dog puked up everything he ate for the next two days after this grooming appointment. I wrote an email to Altitude about my experience and never received a response back In addition to that, they charge way more than any other vet in Casper, which I was dealing with fine until they took 5.5 hours to groom my dog, made him sick, and then ignored me when I reached out about the services. Pretty disappointed in their customer service, especially for the cost.

We travel with our dog children and seldom leave them anyplace but in order to do a float trip had to have a good place for the day. We checked with locals and Altitude came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. They were clean, friendly and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had multiple procedures to be done allowing me to drop off my dog for most of one day. By the time they were done all of the necessary procedures had been completed including a rabies vaccination, haircut and grooming, checked out a sprained ankle, and loaded a new bag of dog food for me while leaving. Everything clicked like clockwork thrus saving me a bunch of valuable time that day!

We love Altitude! They are so kind and helpful. They are very kind to our animals and go above and beyond to help. I also love that they have someone on call all the time because then I can talk to someone when it's not business hours because nothing happens on schedule.

Absolutely love Altitude! Dr. Gray is absolutely amazing! Staff is so friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Took very good care of my dog while he was there. Highly recommend!
