So thankful to Dr. Williams and her staff for being so compassionate and caring for my baby girl. Peach Orchard is Sumter's BEST!

Friendly staff. Completely happy with the service.

Prices are great. Staff is friendly and seem knowledgeable but I think the techs should do more hands on with the animals to free the vet up. The biggest draw back is how busy the office is and the wait that comes with it.

Dr. Williams and her staff are caring and considerate of all clients, two legged and four. We've been coming here for quite some time and wouldn't consider taking our pets anywhere else.

Had a bad experience at another vet. Decided to try this one bc it was referred. Had an appointment at 330pm for 2 of my dogs. At 430pm I'm still waiting in the wait area, not even acknowledged. Not even a "sorry there's a dog with an emergency", and I didn't see one. Have an elderly sick dog in my truck with the ac blasting the entire time. Just got up and left after an hour and 15 minutes of nothing. Fast forward a month, need to make an appointment, call in, they ask me to hold, ten minutes on hold I just hang up. I don't doubt that the staff and Dr. care for the animals, but their service and management of the place and appointments is atrocious. I didn't even receive a call after just walking out. They don't care. The place itself also looks small, outdated and cramped. They seem to be packing in as much people as possible. Would not recommend at all.

Compared to the other local vet that I was going to peach orchard is top notch. I absolutely love how they take care of my boys and they are even fairly priced.

Easy to get appointment. Entire staff was pleasant. Quick and efficient. Had an issue and gave me an early morning appointment. Seemed to care for animals. Vet was very straight forward and easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

I was a devoted customer with 4 dogs for approximately 2+ years and decided to find another doctor for my pets because, even with an appointment well in advance, the wait normally exceeds an hour just to be seen. Also, I have experienced Dr. Williams to be very non receptive and defensive to questions or comments which challenge the reliability and timeliness of service. She proves to be very impatient and unwilling to listen to my questions or concerns regarding professionalism or customer service. She said they are very busy. No excuse when in the customer service profession. Never compromise quality for quantity. Regretfully, I don't recommend. She specifically recommends Dr. Hudson.

Brought in an injured kitten I found on the side of the road. They were able to see me that day which was great. But the diagnosis I received was not correct. The kitten may have had a broken bone in her upper arm as the vet started but right above her paw I can see now was definitely broken as it won't straighten out anymore. If I had known that maybe there was something further I could've done to prevent that.

Dr Addie Williams and her staff are the most caring & compassionate of any vet I have ever been to. They all treat my pets as if they are their own. My pets all love them as well. Whenever I have had to make the decision for one to cross the Rainbow Bridge, Dr Williams and her staff have been such a comfort to me ,have cried with me ,shared my feelings of loss and made my baby's passing as easy & comfortable as possible. Dr Williams goes above and beyond. I wish she were my Dr.

I take my little Yorkie here. My puppy was stung in the mouth by a bee when she decided she'd like to eat it. I was so scared of my puppy's airway closing up and I was unable to make it into the vet's office to see them. I called and asked for their advice. The doctor not only got on the phone with me, she talked me through exactly what I should do. I've never met an emergency vet that would even be willing to talk someone through an emergency situation over the phone. I'll never take my York anywhere else. She truly cares about her patients.

They were the only vet in town who would see me today with an emergency. Once I got there they were also very welcoming and thorough. Will definitely be using them from now on.

There are so many vets in Sumter..I am sure all good in their own way. I can't imagine any of them being better than Peach Orchard. Dr. Williams and her staff are the best. Period. I have been taking my dogs to her for years now and I know she treats them as if her own. And I cannot imagine a better doctor in her treatment of my "kids" because of that attitude. So good that it is hard to get an appointment!! That says something right there!

Sometimes they are good. The new receptionist the last few months is pretty terrible with customer service or even acknowledging me when I come in. Typically is rude when speaking to me. Taking my dog elsewhere. Everyone else is great though.

They were able to squeeze my dog in at the last minute, the staff was great and I just loved Dr Williams!

Very nice and knowledgeable doctor and staff. Everyone there is great with the animals and they seem to genuinely care about them.The only issue is that there is usually a long wait time to be seen.

Exceptionally long wait just for shots. Over an hour past my appointment time and was never seen.
