The veterinarian and staff are all very helpful and understanding. They love my cat as much as I do.

They scheduled me for an appointment at a time that they were closed. I pulled up and there was no one in the parking lot and their hours posted on the door saying they won’t be back until 8 the next morning. My appointment was “scheduled” for 2pm. Not only that but I had to wait a month for my appointment and I really needed my cat neutered. Basically a waste of time.

I have been using Palmetto Vet since before Dr. McCleary came. They have always been very patient and helped answer all my questions and not feel rushed to push me out the door. Christine is always very welcoming on the phone and at the front desk. They were very compassionate when my poodle had to be put to sleep. I will continue to recommend these compassionate people to my fellow animal lovers.

Hoping our experience is due to pandemic, but our 2 visits have been incredibly rushed. We have a new puppy and lots of questions. Didn’t seem like a thorough appointment.

Being new in town ( state) it is hard to find services for all family members. We tried a cpl veterinarians only to have bad experiences, so we found ourselves back with Dr. Alexa McCray. She and her staff are very caring about all animals and it shows. Give them a try!!! Our dog took to chasing the deer through the woods and ended up on the other side of our busy highway and didn't know how to get home, so she stayed lost in the woods for 4 nights until a young lady showed us right where she had seen her- we found her and she was pretty beat up with a deep gash in her head. They got her in right away and got her on treatment. Kudos!!!!

This office is not only staffed by a group of people that really love what they do and care deeply for their patients, but their pricing is very reasonable. I feel very much more comfortable now that my dog has a great physician that he will return to from now on.

Very very reasonable as far as pricing! I was very impressed! Dr. Coulter was extremely nice and took the time to answer any questions I had for my baby. The staff here are phenomenal and we will definitely be staying with this clinic!

I showed up w/o an appt & was not a prior client. I checked in from my parked vehicle as the sign directed with a text msg, "I have a very, very sick kitten that strayed from the litter. It's not moving, eating, or meowing." The response was "You have to have an appt." I replied "This kitten's going to die." The office responded that I could take it to the emergency clinic. I asked where the clinic was located. COLUMBIA - an hour drive away.

Dr. McLeary and staff always treat me and my fur-bab8es kindly. Clean, friendly place.
