Boarding a Senior pet can be difficult because of the special needs they have. Daisy was well taken care of and they gave her the extra attention that she needed. I was at ease and could enjoy my vacation knowing she was in such great hands. The staff are kind and extremely professional. I had no issues and will definitely be using them in the future.

Don't take your pets here. All they care about is the $$$. We were very happy with them when we joined the practice but their service and quality have gone down hill. Every time I boarding my dogs with the boarding facility next door...Each time we had a problem! Costing my big $$$. We left and were elsewhere.

Great staff and facility. Clean and comfortable for the animals, so it seems. Have used in the past and still top notch.

I've left our cat here several times she had the room with a view. We left our newest addition our Chihuahua they had a nice cozy bed for him which he seemed to enjoy. Nice people here and the cost is reasonable. I would recommend highly for your pet boarding.

New dr. Andrews is awesome. Felt the live. Spent time with customer in explaining and giving real time examples of his diagnosis! Much love to a CARING vet!!!

My dog has been boarded there several times over the years and I have been very pleased with the care given. However, since it changed ownership, the service leaves alot to be desired. I booked my boarding appointment months in advance because it was during the holidays. When I called to confirm it 2 weeks before my trip, I was informed my boarding appointment was not in their records! Suddenly a cancellation opened up a boarding time so I got my dog in. I requested a grooming before I picked her up. No problem ???? they said. Alas, at pick up time she wasn't bathed and groomed. Short staffed was the reason. I haven't decided whether to use them again. I brought home my happy dog that smelled terrible and had diarrhea.

Personal pet attention. They will walk your fur baby and groom them.

They were very professionally, it worked out great when we had our hardwood floors replaced.

They always take incredibly good care of my 78 lb furbaby. He's always incredibly happy to see them. We've used them for 24 years now, and we've NEVER been disappointed.

My dog was boarded Dec. 1 thru Dec 12. I packed 24 individual bagies of her dry food.. On Thursday they called emergency contact saying they were out of food. What happened to her food? Was she given her meds.Calling today to speak to manager! Very poor experience.

It is probably an okay place for most animals, but my Persian hated it. He needs constant attention which they said they give, but it was clear when I picked him up they did not. They said theyd check in to let me know how he is doing, they didn't. I called, no answer, theyd be closed already. See it first before u take a loved pet there. No one is there most of the weekends when people need it the most. If they would have checked in like they said, itd be a better review. I understand if it is a "drop your pet off to be caged" the whole time, and that is fine, just let the customer know that and don't say otherwise. I would have chose somewhere else, kept him home or brought him with me.

They were amazing with my dogs. We will definitely be back.

Won’t board a puppy “too young”.....

Had reservations for over two weeks. Planning to travel. They called two days prior and said they were closing to clean. Had to scramble to make other arrangements.

This was the 2nd or 3rd time we've boarded our dogs at Westbury and we've always enjoyed them and our dogs came back happy and still healthy.... However, last week we took our furbabies to the vet because after picking them up from their last boarding the weekend prior our dogs had a cough that was terrible. They tested positive for kennel cough. I contracted Westbury to notify them and I got a simple, "thank you for letting us know" and it was "have a great day, goodbye".... I followed up with an email hoping management would reply - again letting them know that my dogs contracted kennel cough while in Westbury's care and that when I took my dogs to the vets that the vet stated another dog came in earlier that week (or day) with kennel cough as well that was boarded at Westbury and that I wanted to make sure that they were aware and that I would like to know and ensure that they are taking the property precautions in sanitizing their boarding facilities so that other dogs/animals don't get sick. almost a week later and no reply.

Clean and nice sleeping area for dogs and two play areas for them. Good for the pooches to relax.

I always leave my dog here when I have to go out of town. I have zero complaints. The staff are all very polite, and care a lot for the animals.

This is the ONLY kennel that we trust our dogs with. They always come come stress free, which is a great indication. They really care about animals, and are very good at the service they provide. I just wish there was more than one site. Since they don't overcrowd their facility, they fill up quick!

I love this care center, Ms Karter is a regular, at least five times a year, I have had the pleasure of meeting most of them, and they are the best. I can walk in anytime and find it to smell good, and my baby doesn't mind me leaving her . Outstanding Quality Customer Service from all staff members. Love you guys for taking great care of my baby.
