The only place that I will board my two dogs when we have to go out of town! They do a fantastic job!!!!

The best place in the Lexington area for boarding and grooming dogs. My dog is an over excitable not very well behaved ball of energy. And he hated the other places i have taken him to. But at Suttons they handle him so well, my pup doesnt even kick up a fuss to go. He is well looked after every single time. He is afraid of water, but the groomers take such good care of him, he comes out smelling, looking and feeling beautiful.

We've used Sutton's on a few occasions now, and have been super pleased. First time staying, they gave us a walk through visit and let us take our dogs back (pre-covid), which helped us mentally knowing where they'd be and how they'd be cared for. Our dogs were happy and well taken care of when we picked up them up. Now drop off is a breeze, as our dogs know where they are and are happy to go! Makes us feel good to know their nervousness has been replaced with excitement, and that we don't have to worry about them while we are away! Sutton's has also been very flexible and helpful when making appointments (even when we like to book last minute). They communicate back to us really quickly, and their online booking makes it a breeze! We have also had our Great Pyrenees groomed here once, and she came back white, beautiful and fluffy. Definitely recommend Sutton's!

Very nice pet grooming place very impressed with it. They do a good job with my dog and we will continue to use then. They also have daycare and lodging if you go on vacation.

They did great with my little Min Pins nails. They had gotten longer than they should be due to the quarantine and my vet who normally does them not accepting those spots. They let me hold Nash the entire time (I asked if I could since he gets nervous with strangers) and were happy to let me. It was a fast and very pleasant experience and they even look way better than any time the vet has done them. I’ll definitely be going back. Scheduling was easy too. I just did it online the day before.

The works are nice. Scarlet loves to go to daycare. Will always go to for dog care.

Just returned home from a morning at the spa. What a relaxing experience getting a superb cut, toenails trim, ear cleaning, brushing and combing, and don't forget the bath. Can't wait for my next spa day. Thanks to the staff and all. Got to go now, time for a nap. See you Abby Derrick

Place was a little difficult to find but the people were so nice and gentle with my beardie when he had his nails trimmed.

They are always a caring and knowledgeable and we have no reservations leaving our bunny and guinea pigs there. Even with special needs small animals, we are very comfortable knowing that Sutton’s/ especially Tara, can deal with anything that comes their way

Trimmed Spot's nails fast! Will happily take him back in the future

We went in for a nail grind and a tour. They were very sweet with my dog and treated her well. They had a very good layout on the grounds with plenty of space to let dogs play. If I need to board her, this is where I'll go.

We board our cat and dog here, this place is so amazing, the staff are wonderful.

Most friendly staff around. Our dog gets so excited to go to "puppy camp" while we are away.

Needing a place to board our two large dogs during vacation, we were recommended to Suttons. We found the staff to be very helpful, communicative, and the cost was very reasonable. Our dogs were very happy and healthy when we picked them up and we will definitely utilize Sutton's again!

My Chihuahua, adopted as an adult, was scared of grooming at first. After only a couple visits to Sutton's Southern Pet Retreat, she walks in confidently and walks out happy. The owners have extensive knowledge in caring for multiple species of animals, and I know that my pets are safe when I leave them there.

You won’t find a better place for your fur babies. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and full of integrity. I absolutely adore this place and won’t take my babies anywhere else.
