I give 5 ++++ stars to While Knoll. My experience has been consistently excellent. My dog, Peaches and I love your Pet Resort. The handlers/staff are kind, loving, gentle, educated and professional. They treat both the animals and "their people" with respect and consideration. When I leave my dog for daycare I never worry because I know they love her like their own and they take good care of them. The Groomer there, Sarah Chmiel is excellent. I used to have to take my dog to the vet and she'd need to be sedated for a nail trim. No one (not even me) could trim her nails until I asked the staff at White Knoll to try. They were amazing! l had the good fortune to have Peaches nails trimmed by Sarah Chmiel with assistance from Amber (who held Peaches in her lap with lots of kisses and enough good distraction that Sarah was able to successfully trim her nails!! Two years I have searching for someone to accomplish this and only White Knoll could. I have also had her bathed a number of times there and she always smells and feels so good. White Knoll is the absolute BEST! I highly recommend them for your dog or cat!!! I want to give a big shout out to Amber for always letting me know how Peaches day was and always making me feel they regard her as "one of their own"! I feel so comfortable when I drop her knowing how much your staff cares for my dog and the other ones too. Many thanks to all. White Knoll consistently surpasses my expectations! The staff at the Pet Resort treat all the animals with love, kindness, and care. I could not imagine taking my dog anywhere else!!

Always so friendly, professional, and cares for my pet like he is their own. Always takes the time to go over everything and answer any questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet care!

Arrived a few minutes early for my dogs appointment called and checked in,the lady said it would be just a few minutes. 30 minutes went by tried to call again,no answer. Waited 30 more minutes still no call to come in. Finally just left. Will find another vet that’s is more professional and has some integrity.

We enjoy coming here with our 4 fur babies. They take time to answer our questions and care for our pets with kindness.

They took amazing care of my dog while he had cancer, and when it was time for him to go. Now that we have taken in an abandoned kitten, they are giving him the same excellent care.

Will never take my baby girl or any other pet I have anywhere else. The vets are just amazing and so are the groomers! They are very caring and great for your babies and you and you know they are in good hands. I wanted to edit to say it’s been 2 years of having my baby and I have stuck with whiteknoll. Everyone here is amazing. They truly love your fur babies just as much as you and give them the best care

Our girl Harley was already a patient with WKVH when we got her as a puppy, so we kept taking her there. They have always treated us and Harley very well. They are always patient and kind to her when they are treating her for anything. They are also the only place I trust to board her. Because I know they will take care of her.

All vets and techs are terrific. One receptionist needs to work on handling phone calls to at least make you think she cares.

It was okay. I really liked the doctor. I did not care for the no "bullying" sign in the exam room. It made me feel uneasy about the first visit. I adopted a puppy, that did not have a lot of info. I felt like the whole visit was offset because of this. Made me feel uncomfortable. It put me on guard. I don't want to rate, because I do like the doctor.

Our 2yr old mini Aussie has been through a lot of changes in the last couple of months since we are permanently re-homing her. The team at White Knoll has gone above and beyond all our expectations to provide a loving and calm environment to which “Livvie” has just responded so positively! She absolutely loves the attention and care❤️

I’ve been taking my two chihuahuas to White Knoll since I got them. They are always super attentive and very knowledgeable. The staff is really great at walking me through all the options and through any issues that could arise during treatment. They are great with doing routine check ups with my dogs, even though the fur babies would rather not be there. The staff is supportive and caring and I wouldn’t want to trust my dogs with any other staff.

My big girl sustained a cut somehow that needed stitches. Her regular vet couldn’t see her, but White Knoll immediately worked us in on very short notice. She’s not always the easiest girl to deal with but they were so kind and patient with both me and her. It’s obvious that they are a compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable group. Very grateful for all of you and the difficult work that you do. Thanks for taking care of Whimsy!

Monday morning my kitten woke up with a bad eye infection, was very inactive and was even distant with me. I called my vet (White Knoll Animal Hospital) but he couldn't be seen as a walk-in so they gave me the numbers to two emergency animal hospitals. They scheduled BG for the following Tuesday but told me to call first thing every morning to see if he could be seen as a walk-in. They also have a number you can text them at so early Tuesday morning I texted to see if I could get BG seen as a walk-in. They replied back and said they could and they gave me option of morning or afternoon and told me it might be a 1-2 hour wait as he was being squeezed in. Arrived at vet and may have waited 15 minutes, 20 tops. I was VERY pleased w/the care BG was given. Staff did an excellent job discussing BG's condition, prognosis and treatment plan. They offered him treats to help him calm down. The walk-in visit and 2 Rx's was right under $89. Not bad at all. BG was also given a follow-up appointment for 2 days later "if" I felt he needed to be seen again. It was determined we wouldn't need the follow-up so I was able to cancel appointment via text and received a reply letting me know appointment had been canceled. BG is back to his normal playful behavior (0 to 60 in 20) and his eye looks so much better. We love White Knoll Animal Hospital and veterinary services.

This experience was by far the best experience I have ever had. Everyone walked me through what was going to happen. I was asked about every aspect of his care and given prices up front before anything was done. I wouldn’t change anything!

I had a teacup poodle last year euthanized by them... Very humane and sympathetic..I now have a teacup Yorkie that sees Dr Rachel Todd... She is great!!

I’ve never enjoyed a vet as much as this one! My dog is comfortable with the staff and isn’t afraid to go to the vet anymore! Staff is super helpful and supportive and truly love animals!!

This office is a really good place to take your pets. They always treat your pets so special and give them lots of love.

Took MIL dog to be groomed (shes been groomed by others several times with no issues) dropped her off, everything was fine. Left and about 15 minutes later, someone called me to tell me to come and get my dog because she was lunging at them and showing her teeth. Even made us go to the back to get her out of the cage because they were afraid of her. Brought her to BL Animal Hospital, and she had NO issues with the groomer(please note that this groomer has never done her hair before either), she did not try to bite anyone, the most she did was shake like she was nervous until the groomer got INSIDE the cage with her and assured her it would be ok. The groomer also noticed a pretty bad bruise on her leg, wondering if they did something to my dog to make her act this way because she has been to three different groomers and none of them have ever had issues with her, she will not be going back to white knoll and i will never recommend them to anyone. Very upset, wouldnt give them any stars if it would allow.

AMAZING. The difference between white knoll vet and crossroads is like night and day. Easy to access and locate area with hassle free parking. The staff was very quick, polite, and professional. The waiting room is SO BIG and spacious it's great if it gets busy and it's well ventilated. The technician and vet both were super friendly and handled both of my cats perfectly even though one of them is generally aggressive at appointments. I was in and out of the appointment within half an hour which is incredible as most know. Definitely gonna make this my permanent go to vet and can't wait to check out the resort next :)
