Awesome staff and great prices

The staff here is AWESOME!

Dr. Bice is one of the best in our area.

I was very impressed with the caring and compassionate staff that were there to help my dog cross over the rainbow bridge. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased as to how they helped during that difficult time.

You cannot accompany your pet to the exam area. This policy does not appear COVID related, as there were several clients waiting inside the building without masks. It is definitely not a great location for cats!

I was thoroughly impressed with how organized and friendly everyone was. Prices and services are great. It's wonderful to have a place to help the community on a budget.

Very exspensive too maintain care for pet hospital it will cost 2 to 3 thousand dollar of care for your pet for a total of 48 hours or less it's sad how they play on emotions of pet owners .you want possible best care from pet doctors knowing there is a chance they tell you we can save your pet but it cost you alot of money then you give the 3 thousands dollars for total of 48 hours of then they call and suggest you put your dog to sleep beware because they collect money first before any treatment ,tests 'are given for overnight stay don't get me wrong they seems to really care about your pet when speaking with pet doctors but why does it cost 3000.00 dollars for 48 hour of IV on pet and running some test don't make any sense .but I chose to try and save my pet because she really given us alot of joy and love Which is Priceless . So beware of amount of money you may have to put out to just try and save you pet.

Dr Angele Bice is amazingly caring for all animals. I've worked with her at an animal shelter, her vet clinic and never seen so much compassion for all animals. She is is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't recommend anyone else

They do not answer the phone, it is a recording only, you cannot talk to someone in the office. Their website was not working today on either of my phones or laptop. Heard good things about them but if I can't contact them I can't go.

I am Leslie Wright. That was a mishap. I meant to give you 4 stars. The only problem is the check in system. I get there super early so we can be seen without having to leave and come back so I walk my dog when it's not hot until sign up. I got back one time and people were already lined up and I went to the front of the line because I was there 1st only to get cussed out by an older woman. So the next time I stayed in the car only to have people jump in front of me knowing I was there before them and they not bat an eye. I am a considerate person , but I don't appreciate people who are so rude. I guess for now on I'll bring a chair and find some shade. Staff is wonderful the vets are fantastic and the prices are great! I brought my son's Airedale up there a senior dog , he had hip surgery and he is doing fantastic! I really appreciate the staff for caring so much for our animals .Thank you , Leslie Wright

Reasonable prices and very caring staff

This clinic is very clean. The Dr and staff are awesome. Very reasonable prices.

They were super nice and attentive they were very amazing with my cat and took great care of her. I couldnt have asked for a better experience .

This group is wonderful. Great for those who must have an after hours facility. Staff is extremely nice.

Get there early is a must. They only have 40 slots unless they are shorter staffed than normal. I loved them and they took care of my pup's needs. I highly recommend them on routine care based on the quality we received. Well worth the wait. Thanks!

The staff took excellent care of my Gemma during her surgery. Great prices.

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS. Every employee I have ever encountered here has been amazingly polite, educated, and patient. I take my dog and both cats here regularly and am amazed at the quality care they have always received. They don't do it for the money either, their prices are always reasonable. I genuinely love this place and am so thankful they exist.

This is a great place where they care and are genuinely helpful. I couldn't recommend a better place for your animal.

We absolutely love Dr Bice and all the staff at Summerville Pet clinic!!! Dr Bice met me at 9pm to check on my dog after having hw treatment! I dont know of any other vet that would do that after hours!!!

My sweet Ruthie had to have her teeth pulled by Dr. Bice. As usual, she was treated like one of their own. Love you Dr. B. Donna

Great people and exceptional service. Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. On top of that they have the best prices I've seen in this area. With three furbabies that's important.

There is not enough words to express how kind all of the staff is at this clinic. I get email responses back before and after hours! I have never been to another lower cost vet that has such an incredible staff. If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. ????????

I liked it. The staff was friendly, they explain what was the problem with your animal and what was needed to take care of your pet to make him well. Plus, I was able to handle the price .
