Compassionate and caring staff

Been going to Sangaree on Main Street for 24 years. This was our first visit to Cane Bay. Neither location had openings but Cane Bay offered for us to bring our sick/injured cat Felix in and they would work him in. They were great! Fixed him all up for us. Thank you again!

We love them they are all so caring concerned and helpful, we took our dog there, they were so good to her the hole time. Not to pricey either. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Reyes and her entire staff provided excellent and thorough care for my kitty. I especially liked the calm way they handled him, preventing any stress. They all were knowledgeable and caring.

We just moved back to SC in July and we’re looking for quite some time for a vet for our pups. We tried several different ones and just did not click with what we were looking for. We made an appointment for our youngest pup and we can not say enough about the office and Dr. Webster. She was amazing and the staff were too. We have found our vet.

Dr Reyes is an amazing vet. She is thorough, and very personable. Dr Reyes really cares for her patients. During a concerning visit, she personally reached out to us, over the weekend, to make sure our pup was doing better. Quality care!!

We brought our puppy in and I was completely taken back by the level of care our little girl received. They were extremely professional and made our puppy feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Putting down my dog was one the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. My pup was going in for a wellness check when she got violently sick in the car. As soon as we got to the vet they took us into a private room, made her comfortable, and put her to sleep. All of the staff was so kind and gentle. I got to stay with my girl for a while before I decided to leave. I can’t thank them enough for their help on this terrible day.

I was so very happy with my visit to the Cane Bay location recently. Very attentive and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about my 17 yr. old kitty. I had been with Dr. McGinn (who retired) for years and this being my first appt. with Dr. Reyes, I couldn't be more pleased! She was great and so was our tech!

I took my senior dog to the Sangaree Animal Hospital in Cane Bay for the first time, after going to several other veterinarians in the area and not wanting to return. It was curbside service, which they did not relate prior to me showing up for the appointment. I called and checked in. The receptionist said they were running behind about 15 min. Ok, understandable. Half an hour after my appointment was scheduled they came out and took my dog in. After a while, Dr. Reyes called to discuss the appointment. She was friendly, understanding, caring and professional. She took the time to talk with me and I truly appreciated that. I had a small issue with the pricing of one of the medications, which after two days, finally was able to speak to their coordinator. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the answers I received, but know now to question services and drug prices upfront. Because of the kind of experience I had with Dr. Reyes, I will be returning for my appointments to the Cane Bay facility.

Dr. Webster and the Staff at Sangree Cane Bay are simply amazing! I was frantic and ran in with my baby for an emergency! The staff took her and attended to her right away. Everyone was kind and understanding and I couldn’t have asked for better care! I will be switching to Sangree at Cane Bay! Thank you!!

Beware, This place took advantage of my elderly mother. She has recently finished with Chemo. She took some puppies in for a standard procedure and they charged her triple what it would have cost at any other vet in Summerville. When I spoke with them about it they were very rude and put it back on her. They added extra procedures that were not requested and not needed. Buyer beware, go anywhere else but here.

I discovered my shih tzu had blood and what appeared to be a huge blister on her backside late at night and she was in so much pain. I called her regular vet, only to have them say they were booked until the following week! I called Sangaree Animal Hospital Cane Bay. The person that answered the phone was so caring and concerned. I had never been here, and was told they were super busy but would find a way to fit us in. The entire staff was so great. From the time I called, completed our curbside check in, spoke w the vet tech then the doctor, then checked out, everyone was so professional and caring. I am so glad my regular vet was too busy. Now we have a great new vet! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately we had to let our Sweet Coco cross the Rainbow Bridge. She was not alone during the process. The people that we dealt with were terrific, especially with the situation. Thank you Sangaree Animal Hospital at Cane Bay. Brandy, thanks again.

My mother in law’s dog became ill, and was unfortunately at the end of his life. Dr. Haley Webster and her compassionate staff were there to help our family when we needed them. We cannot express how much we appreciated everything they did and the love shown to Cane and our family! They are the best!!

Lost Dr. Reyes! She's very sweet and a great thorough vet.

To be fair, almost all vet services are staffed with caring and qualified people--it takes a special kind of person to work with animals all day. Sangaree Animal Hospital is no exception--the staff is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. We especially appreciate the extended hours on Fridays! Our Daphne receives the absolute best care available and we are grateful to the doctors, technicians and other staff who treat her like the star she is convinced she is!

Very hard to park a big vehicle at the Cane Bay office, but staff were awesome

Absolutely amazing service. After our visit the office calls to check up on the current status of our dog. Never have I seen such a commitment to follow ups, and patient care. My pet receives better health care than I do!

Curbside visits, a lot of back and forth telephone. No resolution to our issue.

We have two English Bulldogs and see Dr Webster she is excellent. We are very pleased with all the staff they have been very kind. Would highly recommend them.

Very professional and efficient with the social distancing issues.

They are always gentle with my cats and answer all of my questions!
