Convenient location near I-26 on Main St in Summerville. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Dr. Balzano really cares about her patients and it shows in how she interacts with them and their humans. She takes the time to explain possible causes and suggests possible treatments. There is no judgement and no pressure. Their convenient online pharmacy makes it super easy to keep on top of pet meds. It has been a very welcoming experience all around.

They over charge for their services and medications. I have found there are vet clinics nearby with inexpensive options compared to Sangaree and the doctor won’t even approve medication if buying from a different party other than their site, like if I found a better deal on PetsRX or Chewy. Also they seem very untrustworthy at the North Main Street location. They try to use phrases that make it seem like it would be in your animals best interest but really it is just an extra cost to you for them.

We brought our English Golden Retriever to Dr. Balzano due to a concern we had regarding what seemed to be a skin reaction he was having from exposure to unknown sources. The service we received was immediate and the time spent caring for our pet to say nothing of our worry, was inviting and calming. Dr. Balzano and her staff are attentive. They take time to let you know they care. We are thankful to have such caring individuals available for our fur baby's needs.

We loved it they are caring and not to pricey they do what they can to help. I recommend them to anyone.

The doctor and nurses that we dealt with are very caring even when faced with a difficult decision. In our opinion we will not use another vet's office. Between Cane Bay office and the sangaree office will be the only vet we use.

The entire family were customers. Keyword, were. Parents drive 45 minutes to the appointment. Usually arrive 15 minuted prior to our time. Traffic put them arriving 12 minutes after the appointment time. 2 minutes past their 10 minute window. Canceled the appointment even though no one was in the parking lot. Review reflects the policies, not the services or staff’s level of compassion.

Seems like there were more worried about money than anything else. Try to sell you everything they can, it wasn't like that a couple years ago. I called them about an hour before they were going to close because my dog was having some problems after I took him there,they said take him to the emergency room. Thanks....the woman vet there has her mindset one way, she won't listen to anything you got to say even if a different vet was to do these things .she wouldn't listen. I will never go back there, neither will any of my family.

Have been bringing my four pets here for years. You get the most professional, honest advice from the doctor and all the staff. There are always so kind and genuinely caring. I saw a different doctor on my last visit with Shadow and he was as good as my regular doctor. Their advice and treatment has always been beneficial for my little ones. I love ❤ going there and I'm so happy we now have in person appointments again!

I have gone to Sangaree for over 20 years, I love it there. They are always so kind to my Maddie and takes real good care of her. I’m always so impressed by the cleanliness, always pristine. They treat the moms so well. Love the staff so accommodating. I will never take Maddie anywhere else.

2 pet parents were with our puppy for this appointment. One pet parent was allowed in per covid 19. The appointment was smooth. Puppy got vaxd for everything except rabies today. Back in 3 weeks for boosters. Spaying was quoted for 515 to 765 @ 6months old (in 3 months time). Today's initial appointment without labwork was 115. I'm happy with service, prices are adequate for vets in this area. My puppy had a good experience today.

We have used Sangaree Animal Hospital for 25 years with 3 dogs and 2 cats! Very efficient and helpful staff. They go above and beyond with making appointments, answering questions...or getting the answers, and compassion for the animals. I have always felt everyone likes their jobs. There are very well trained Veternarians. Again, very compassionate and patient with answering questions and concerns! The location is very convenient. The waiting room and patient rooms are always clean and tidy! Would highly recommend.

The doctors here are very thorough, courteous and well trained. I Have been coming here for about 2 years now. It is a very clean facility with a caring staff. I could not see my regular vet this visit, so I used another doctor and she was very pleasant ant knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I am pleased how fast they got Lilly in to see the Dr. When I was concerned about her not being herself. I got a follow up call and lab report in 2 days. One of those a Holiday. Will continue as a happy. client.

Just lost two furry family members to old age. The Vet and techs were fantastic and understanding. For such a terrible experience we were lucky to have Sangaree Animal Hospital. They really helped us. Made us sure that we were doing the right thing for the dogs. Not too soon and not too late. I miss our girls.

I’ve been going to Sangaree animal hospital for many years. They have always been very courteous and professional. The only thing that bothers me and this is for all veterinary businesses is they are the only people left that will not allow you to go inside with your pet. I am allowed to go inside any other business or doctors offices with my wife or grandkids. My pet , which by the way is my 6 year old. Yorkie. I can go inside all the pet stores, Lowe’s, Home Depot with him, but not his doctor. Why?
