Super friendly and really care about the animals.

My cat died 24 hours after I picked her up. She was at the vet two weeks prior to her stay there and in excellent health. I have not received any concern or compassion from Howl A Day. Do not take your pet there to board.

Won't go anywhere else! Super friendly, good price and take care of our babies Jak and Kara. Small business are more personal and build best relationships. These guys are number one. Also Dr Lawson right next door at old trolley vet clinic. Know the dogs are going to be safe and in good hands!

The worst place to send your baby. My dog was never the same after we got him home. I will never go back and I encourage all of my friends not to send their babies here either. Management also unresponsive and unwilling to take accountability for the rudeness of their employees

Great service, friendly employees, and love the fact I don't have to drive far. We have a real good pet grooming service right here by our neighborhood. It's hard to see the sign that says Howl-A-Day Inn from the road though and therefor easy to miss so look for the Animal Hospital sign attached to it bc it's red and easier to find.

The wait was a little longer than I expected, and the cut on my chihuahua was just a lite choppy. I likely will not return.

Upon dropping my dog off Friday to be boarded for the weekend, I was rudely told “Don’t let your dog near that other dog” I was unaware that they were very strict on not letting dogs come in contact with each other, after another customer made me aware I understood. It was an older lady helping me and she wasn’t very gentle with my puppy who is my baby either. This wasn’t even my problem, I brushed this off to being a bad day for the lady and prayed my dog would be okay for the weekend.Sunday came and it was time to pick my puppy up and I was told of there funny hours on Sunday, I arrived when I was told they would be open at 2:00 P.M the building was empty, more cars and people started arriving to pick there dogs up as well. I waited here for an hour and ten minutes before a Kenal tech arrived for her shift at 3. She was just as alarmed to see 4 worried customers waiting for anyone to show up. Luckily she showed up because it took another 20 minutes for someone to arrive. It’s clear to me this is a very unprofessional business, there is no form of checks and balances for there employees to know these lives are being taken care of. It’s alarming that there is only one person required to show up and they don’t even make it. These aren’t just dogs, they are lives. I will be sure to never recommend this place to anyone and if anyone asks I’ll give them my honest opinion. The only apology I have gotten was from the kenal tech who also informed us this “was not the first time” and “this should not be happening” as well as “I would be scared for my puppy too” . I hope they reign this in for the sake of other customers. My dogs nails were also cut to the quick causing her to walk on them funny, as well as she drank a whole bowl of water in one sitting when we got home which is very unlike her. Overall just a horrible experience and I hope I steer people in the right direction with their decision making for their BABIES!

We have been going to howladay Inn for over 7 yrs. They are friendly, and take care if our dogs when we are gone. I highly recommend them.

Me and my wife brought both of our dogs there due to a loss in the family, and the experience was horrible. They overfed our dogs, both dogs had constant loose stools after returning, assembled their gentle leaders wrong when a friend grabbed them for us while we were on the way home resulting in two broken collars. However, all of that being said the worst offense was not even realizing they had our dogs in the kennel. If I can't trust you to know your census how can I trust you to ensure the health and wellbeing of my pups? This place should be a last resort.

They cut our dog's quicks badly and he was bleeding a lot. He even bled all over the car and house. Instead of apologizing, they tried to blame us for it. Beware!! See yelp review for more detail.

I feel so good about dropping my cat off here! They are kind, professional, and go above and beyond. I know he is in good hands and I won't have to worry when I drop him here

Took my Chevy dog today to be groomed . Great job!!!! I'm so happy with the hair cut and he has no Knicks or cuts on his body. My groomer moved to Florida and whenever she would finish he always had a boo boo or two. But after getting his first cut from here he has none. I'm very pleased and he smells good I love the shampoo or powder whatever it is smells so good ????. Thank you so much for doing a great job. ????????✌️

This was honestly one of the best places I've ever worked. Staff was always incredibly kind to the animals. The kennels are deep cleaned every time the dogs go out and the staff sometimes brings out a dog to play if its been there longer than other dogs. While I worked there we had a hound that had been boarded for a while and we brought him out to run and play for a couple hours. The groomer that worked here while I was there is also incredibly nice. She was always so gentle with the pups she groomed and the hair cuts always looks great.. The vet thats connected is great as well. The staff was friendly and they helped me with my rodent when he had overgrown teeth. Overall if youre in this area and need a boarding kennel or a groomer or a vet I recommend this place

Great groomer, I have a big dog great Pyrenees they do a wonderful job with the routine clean up and every once in a while with a mess I would highly recommend you check these folks out

I've been taking Tonks here when I have to work and because she's still a puppy! She loves them a lot!

Great dog boarder, everyone is always nice and they are usually able to do things like clip their nails and wash them.
