My melody loves this place and the staff. She s always so excited to see them .The staff are wonderful and very caring ,I just can't say enough good things about the people that work there.

Had to board for a few days and as usual the dog seemed to be very comfortable with The Pet Mahal. Will continue to use this place. Always a very friendly crew. Update: Haven't been there in a while since covid but they were great last week. They love our dog and seemed to take great care of her. Thanks guys! Best place we have boarded so far. Dog always seems happy to go there and the staff is very nice definitely recommend this place. Our dog stayed over Christmas and again a few weeks later and seemed very happy to stay. She is a picky dog and she was eager to go back instead of trying to hide in the car when we pulled up.

service was good but grooming was not. Also added on loads of other grooming services without asking or notifying. Went in expecting to pay one thing and my price jumped like crazy because they added other treatments without notification. Also under the impression that sanitary cut came with wash and it did not. Hair still around my dogs backside if not worse when he uses the bathroom because his hair was brushed out.

We have been using Pet Mahal for a couple of years now for our Chihuahua mix for extended boarding as well as partial day care weekly for socializing. He loves coming and the staff do videos so you can see how your pet is doing on any given day. We love the staff and they are always having special activities for birthdays and holidays. A very crafty bunch. Highly recommended.

My dog, Murphy is so happy to go to daycare at Pet Mahal and I feel totally at ease leaving him for an occasional weekend because I know he is safe and happy.

Dropped my dog of for an assessment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My pup seemed to have fun as well so that's what really matters.

I was happy because my dog seemed to be happy. No complaints at all. I'll be taking my dog back for play days and overnight boarding.

Can’t say enough kind things about the staff at Pet Mahal. We use them for grooming our dog… trimming nails, brushing teeth, etc. They are prompt, caring and do a greet job. Rosie is never afraid there!

I am so pleased with the time and patience with my Romeo! He's a shy boy and hasn't had much socialization since Covid, and I'm so happy they took the time to bring him out of his shell. True professionals!

They did very good, the only thing was time. They told me he’d be ready around 3 but didn’t get done until 5

Groomers that don’t groom. They will cut nails and bathe them, but they don’t actually groom them. (Don’t worry, they’ve been promoted. They didn’t quit) Posted this as I had to call several times before someone picked up. Thought I could save someone else the time. Update: You’re absolutely right. The non grooming groomers don’t warrant a 1 star review. But your response does. Have a great day!
