The clinic was excellent! The staff were friendly, efficient, prepared, and answered all my questions. The Dr. and Vet technicians handled my cat (Tater) with ease and expertise that ensured a successful trip.

I was blown away by the service and care taken by the staff at CBVC. I have a big black pointy eared dog who has been stereotyped and manhandled at other vet clinics by fearful techs, which in exchange has made my once super cooperative fella a bit more nervous in veterinary situations. Our vet tech Alysha took extra time to earn his trust with food and didn’t pressure him. She even got on the floor for his blood work since his hips have difficultly sitting sometimes. When she left the room by the end he would stand by that door waiting for her to return. I could tell he had fallen for her. Dr Hill was incredibly patient and professional as I presented her with a mystery saga that we are years into. I appreciate a vet that doesn’t hesitate to refer special cases to specialists, and I thought it was wise of her to offer to refer us to one here in our new state. The office was clean and quiet and the front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. This was the first vet visit in my life where my dog has not wanted to leave. So thankful for this facility that cares so much about reducing stress in our pets!

I have been going to Cane Bay Vet Clinic since Jan. 2021 after moving here from OK. They have been very good at taking care of my 11 y/o Doxie, sending updating emails, and texts. I can find out new information and even get answers to some products I can buy online.

Cane Bay Vet is wonderful and we couldn't feel more lucky to have found Dr. Turick! She is so thorough and very compassionate! The vet techs and front desk staff have always been friendly, courteous and extremely efficient! Highly recommend this vet clinic!

They are amazing! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. They took care of my sick boy like he was their own. Cane Bay Vet is definitely where I will take my pets from now on.

We have 3 dogs and they are all patients of Cane Bay Vet. The ENTIRE team from reception to vet techs to doctors are amazing, kind, caring, professional and experienced. Dr. Rogers and Dr. Turick are thorough and really take time to make sure our pets are as comfortable as possible. Our littlest one is super sensitive and anxious and they go out of their way to take their time with her. Marli and Jess and are the best!!!

Very caring & understanding staff

Coco had an emergency visit with Dr. Sherri Turick, and she was great! They scheduled him in the same day, and explained everything in detail. She sat with him on the floor while discussing her coarse of treatment, also keeping in mind his anxiety issues. Their sweet staff is a bonus ???? too.

Love these guys! They are a part of my family taking care of one of my most important assets...my puppers Charleigh :-) They know us by name and my pup absolutely loves going there.

This place has phenomenal service and staff. Highly recommend this place. I brought my 8 year old doberman in for skin and ear issues and they took great care of her. It's a fear free clinic so really helps keep the pets comfortable while they're there.

The veterinarian is top notch as is the staff..super friendly..knowledgeable..great handling of your little family member..pet..a great place to have your pet checked and taken care of..

Since having pets over the last 35 yrs I have to say they have topped all the different Vets we have had. They are so professional, kind and through. They called me the next day to ask how things went, whether we had any additional questions and how our dog was doing. All of our animals are in the process of being transferred over to Cane Bay Vet Clinic. Thank you for all you do.

This place was CRAZY busy, they were running a bit behind but offered an explanation and even a gift for my inconvenience. It was gratefully accepted. They treated my dogs with kindness and made them comfortable throughout the visit. All while smiling the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks all!

Would give 6 stars if I could! This was my first appointment with cane Bay Didn't know what to expect since my wife and I and Bully just moved to Summerville 2 months ago! When we got to the office, We were taken into an examination room! Wow no waiting in waiting room!!!! Lindsey came in and was very professional, Very caring with Bully and asked my concerns about Bully! Few minutes later Dr. Hill professionally , Examined Bully and answered all my concerns Also Christin who is at front desk was excellent! In my experiences with doctors and veterinarian offices, if the front desk is excellent, you can be assured the Dr. and their staff is excellent too! Also the office the waiting room, examing room was cleaner than any doctor's office I've ever been in!!!!! Bully and I will definitely be back????
