Some of the staff were pleasant most were not very personable or people friendly. It was made to seem like my dog was going to die in 24 hours if I didn't spend $2000, which was not the case. It's definitely money over pets there.

Excellent doctors and assistants! Very thorough, professional, and patient! My dog does not like to go to the vet but everyone is very patient and good with my Evie!

I should have left this place after my last appointment with them. I had my card out ready to pay and I was asking about the appointment and how it went. To which I was promptly told, “You can’t see your dogs until after payment.” This isn’t a legally supported statement, but I brushed it off because Covid has been stressing a lot of people out. Fast forward 6 months later and I can’t get a single straight story as to why I can’t get my prescriptions filled. I’ve called for a week and gotten about 4 different stories. If you are looking for professionalism and honesty, this place isn’t it.

I had to put my 13 year old shi-tzu down and the experience was overwhelming and heartbreaking. I will say the nurses and the team that put her to sleep were very kind, but I am sorry I can't be to positive regarding Stinky....She is my life and I am lost.....

Dr Sullivan is the absolute worst vet I have ever used before. Completely Negligent!!! My dog was dehydrated and had Pancreatitus and elevated kidney and liver functions and this was not addressed. I would never recommend!!

Great place. My dogs have gone here for years and loved every minute of it. The hospitality and love they show for all pets is amazing.

GCVC is awesome with pets. Both of my dogs are loved and they have a nickname for both of them. They ensure the best care for all fur babies.

My husband and I took our cats here after moving to the area not too long ago. No big concerns, but the vet still took well over 20 minutes to discuss the situation with us and at no point acted like he was in a hurry or trying to get away from us. He even suggested some medications for the cats and said we could most likely find it cheaper somewhere other than the clinic! Every single person in there was incredibly sweet and helpful. We also really liked that there were separate sides for cats and dogs - ours are usually pretty good with other animals, but it's a nice precaution all the same. This will definitely be our vet for as long as we are here (which we hope will be a very, very long time)!

Dr. Lerma is great! We've trusted him for years. He gives us the facts and doesn't push pricey procedures.

I believed our cat had got into some lillies and was showing signs of poisoning. He was in really bad shape and my husband took him here and I left work immediately to meet him there. My husband arrived with the our cat who was literally dying at around 5:15 and was told they were about to close and to go to the Emergency clinic in Summerville. We were both stunned that they turned away a dying animal and made us drive clear across town in rush hour traffic it was crazy. Probably one of the most unprofessional and careless acts Ive ever experienced with a veterinary office. Our cat had been taken here before so he was a former patient, and I stress FORMER, I will never take any pet there again and will advise others not to either. I dont think the ladies who sent us away were vets so I hope the Doctors have some sense there have a talk with their front desk staff, let them know that what they did was morally not ok and they handeled the situation poorly. Turns out our cat Marshall was suffering from a urinary blockage which can be fatal. Luckily the emergency clinic got to him in time and they were able to drain his bladder. He then went to another vet and had to stay there for 5 nights so it was pretty serious. Not to mention the prices at the after hours clinic were crazy. Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic staff made some bad choices and I hope their staff understands just how terrible the situation could have been and may want to consider a career change if a ding animal isnt worth you possibly having to stay a little bit later than usual.

Have been going there since 1988 as well as all my family would recommend to everyone hands down love doctor Brown.

Extremely unprofessional. We were told the incorrect appointment time, I even requested a confirmation email for appointment time and never received one. So when we arrived, they neglected to speak to us, as they were casually speaking to other patients. Then they informed me our appointment time had surpassed the twenty minute time allotted for pets. When my husband and I informed them that we were told an incorrect time, rather than issue some sort of apology, the receptionist immediately got defensive, stating "Shannon" (who booked our appointment) has been working there for fifteen years...okay? People make mistakes fine, but do not speak to me like I'd lie on something so silly. They said we could wait...could be twenty minutes...could be five hours, they have no way of knowing. Obviously we left and will not be back.

Took our Gracie in with pain, the staff was able to get us in the next day as no openings were available the same day. We received great service and care for her! Cody was great with her and very friendly! The front desk staff was so caring and brought her a scarf that had calming pheromones on it and it helped ease her. I highly recommend this vet!they even sent me an email the next day asking how she was doing.

Very nice experience for my first time.
