This is an awesome vet. I live in ga. Working on a project here in Spartanburg. My Maggie's foot got ran over by my trailer over the weekend. My regular vet was on available so I brought her to work with me. Gave them a call and they got Maggie in within 2 hours. Thank goodness no broke bones. Dr Elliott was the best the staff the best highly recommend. Fair prices as well

Decided to take my cat to Pine Street Animal Hospital after they had been highly recommended to me by a reliable friend. Upon arrival I noticed how clean the establishment was. I was immediately checked in and taken into a room, never even had the chance to sit in the waiting room - which is awesome! Grace and Ashli were not only professional, they were super sweet and very informative (it always brings piece of mind when the people caring for your furry friends take the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on)! I’d also add that I thought the prices were fair. I’d definitely take any of my animals here again! Great customer service - Clean establishment - sweet and caring employees - Fair prices - Fast and reliable service - Felt valued as a customer

I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of compassion my pet received from Dr. Adcock. My cat came home limping Wednesday night so I tried to call first thing Thursday morning to get an appointment same day. The office was unable to accommodate an existing patient and gave us an appointment for Friday. I took my cat elsewhere to get an x-ray and he was diagnosed with a broken femur which required surgery. Thursday evening I received a call back (during business hours) from Pine Street after I had I left a message inquiring if Dr. Adcock performed the particular surgery my cat required. Instead of calling Dr. Adcock who was out of the office for the day and inquiring if he could preform the surgery like I requested the associate do, I was told to keep my Friday morning appointment. My cat was brought to the appointment and Dr. Adcock informed us that he could preform the surgery in 11 days when he returns from a hunting trip. He sent my cat home with only 5 days worth of pain medication and a $90 bill. If he didn't have the time to perform the surgery that day I totally understand but care a little about the oath you took as a professional and recommend another vet instead of sending an animal home in pain! Dr. Adcock may be a great surgeon but his bedside manner and compassion are lacking!

Absolutely the Best clinic in Spartanburg. Staff and Vets are fantastic and very helpful. They also have the most fair pricing in town! They are busy so call first thing if you need a same day appointment. Emergency, they will work with you.

I can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Pine Street Animal Hospital. They helped us out in a rough time with our male lab and now he is 100%. Thank you for caring!

My Maggie was not feeling well and they saw me on short notice even though I was a new client to their office. Maggie is difficult to handle on good days and very much a handful when she is feeling bad. They took great care of her and her problem was resolved in a few days. I can’t say enough about the staff and vet there. They very all so kind. I will definitely use this office even if it is not the closest to my house. ❤️

So we have a pit bull and his right leg gives him issues. We took him here and left him to get checked out. Told them to do whatever needs to be done todo it. ( exams, x-rays, blood work ) 15 min later they called and said that the dog was ok and they gave him a muscle relaxer that didn't help. Took him back 2 weeks later and left him again. We get a phone call around lunch and said nothing is wrong. I showed them a video and explained to them again what was going on and they said they suggest us to go to another place to get him checked out and gave him pain medication. Not a good vet to take your animals to!!!

Recommended by colleague. Open after normal work hours - very convenient. Took very good care of my very sick cat, Delmar, and now he is back to 100%. Grateful for their care. I wish they did people too.

I called them and they basically said they refuse to see my dog because I wanted pain meds for him for a simple scrape injury he sustained earlier in the day (he's a big baby and whines about any little pain he has which tends to keep us up at night) because they "closed in like an hour". My family has gone here for years and now as an independent pet owner, I gotta say, I'm pretty shocked that the treatment I got over the phone. They didn't even give me advice on treating the injury, what I could give him or let me explain his injury or anything and just cut me off and told me to go to the clinic on Blackstock rd. At least the people at the Care clinic were more helpful on the phone!

Beware. Excessive and unnecessary billing/services practice. For real diagnosis - had to take to another clinic after excessive billing for nothing more than a snake bite. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First and last time here! My fiance took our cat here for an emergency visit. Unfortunately, she had managed to escape from our home and our neighbors dogs attacked her. We called the office before we went and they advised us to her in and that they would make sure she was okay and the visit was only $45 If we got there before 6. So, we took her on in. They took her back to have her cleaned up because blood was literally everywhere. The cleaned her and shaved her, also gave her antibiotics and pain medicine. They told us everything looked fine and to bring her back the following Monday. Then they handed us the bill. Almost $300 for them to clean and shave her and the medicine. When we got home I just sensed that something wasn't right. I am by no means a vet! I just assumed they were right and the medicine would just have to get in her system. The following morning she had passed away due to internal injuries. When we contacted the office and asked why their response was we should have brought her in for another visit. My issue is that my cat suffered a painful death that could have been prevented if they would have checked her to begin with! These people only care about the money not about the well being of your pets!

We had an emergency with our 6month old kitty at took it here. We pulled up at 9:30 and even though it is clearly posted online and on the window that they close at 10pm we were turned away. They were all standing around and told us that the vet had already gone home. So we had to go 15 minutes away to another vet. Thanks guys.

I do not understand any of the bad reviews that people have left here. There aren’t enough stars in here for what this clinic deserves. My husband and I have taken our animals to PSAH for 10 years. When our 9 month old Great Dane puppy contracted parvo, Dr. Gorney and her techs gave her excellent care and saved her life. Then 8 years later, she was diagnosed with wobblers. Dr. Gorney and Christy and the rest of the staff went the extra mile keeping a close eye on her. They kept her comfortable and pain free giving us 6 more months with her. Truly a blessing. And when our 16 year old Great Dane/Australian Shepherd mix got sick, Dr. Adcock explored every avenue to find the problem. What he found was a tumor in her stomach. And when we realized that we would no be able to afford the treatment she needed, he kindly expressed his sympathy and understanding and did not charge us when we had to put her to sleep. It was a very hard thing to go through but the doctors and staff were all so very kind. We received a sympathy card with everyone’s signatures the very next day. Jan, the receptionist, is also wonderful! She calls me regularly to remind me when it’s time for flea/tick and heart worm meds, which is so helpful! She always responds to my emails and I am so grateful for her! If you want a veterinary office that actually loves animals and cares about their customers, then go to PSAH.

I've been taking my dog here for 5 years, yesterday was my last visit. They only care about taking your money by emailing you to death and are always on the phone when you are there. As much money as I've spent there I could of used a helping hand while bringing my pet in who was miserable. Not everyone can get a baby sitter to drop their dog off at the vet's office. You could of put the phone down and helped a mother out who is clearly struggling balancing 2 children and a 53 lb dog. They weren't friendly at all! I really think no one likes there job there, the receptionist should think about retiring and the young technician rolled his eyes at me/my children and had a bad attitude. They clearly do not value the paying customer!

Receptionist very rude when I was just asking questions. Having a condescending attitude does not make me want to bring my pet here.

FANTASTIC VETERINARY CLINIC AND STAFF! We had an appointment at 7:40, arrived at 7:20 and they took us in immediately! They were so good with my furbaby! Price was EXTREMELY reasonable for antibiotics and pain medicine! Definitely recommend!

Going to the vet when your dog is not well is never a fun experience but the staff and doctors at PSAH were comforting and helpful. I set up an appointment in advance and was seen on time. During the visit they made sure to calm my scared dog by giving her cookies. The visit didn't take long. The visit and the medication were reasonably priced. This will be our veterinarian from now on.
