Great Vets and Vet Techs

Dropped my girl at Banfield,getting a teeth cleaning,which requires anesthesia...???? not to happy about it but she needs it. Of course the staff is very helpful & know how to deal with people like me((FREAKIN NERVOUS WRECK))...????????That everything will go good

The vets are smart and caring and the staff is capable. While my cats are never thrilled about going, they are fine when they return.

I haven't been to this place in years but I'll be honest I won't go back. Took a rescued cat in for a checkup and one flea was found. The doctor proceeded to tell me our apartment was already infested and we needed to tell our landlord. He had one flea from going to get fixed. The doctor also kept talking to my mother in law instead of me and she eventually told them "it's his cat talk to him". The only reason they may not have been talking to me was my wheelchair. To continue the issues once we took our older cat in to check for a UTI and 400 dollars of tests and supplies later were told "it's behavioral. Good luck". I won't be back here after finding local vets we love.

Dr. Nunes is a G. I only trust her with my Dane. The staff Ashley is also a G. Good people. Been with them for 8 years

They did everything they could to help

Always a pleasure bringing my pets here. Also it's nice to look around PetSmart's while my dogs is being tended to.

The first visit the veterinarian was good the second time uncomfortable with it but everybody is different

If you don't have a vet and need one for an emergency, I'd recommend otherwise look elsewhere. You see a different vet everytime even if you call way in advance for an appointment. If your dog is sick the only way to get them seen is to drop them off early in the morning. Your dog is penned all day and you are on call to approve treatment and for pick up time. This is true even if your pet is enrolled in a health plan which requires a monthly fee. Caring Vets and staff but poorly managed

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Puppy is always happy when arriving and leaving.

They helped my baby and at a reasonable cost. I will continue to my furbaby there. They are very friendly and made sure I had everything I need to take care of her.

They are very very expensive for a person who is on a tight and fixed budget/income.

I am very cautious about who I have take care of my baby and how the staff responds with their care. My Riley is a service dog for my son who has ADHD, so only the best will do for him as he is just like family not a dog. I can't say enough of how thankful I am with their services and how considerate the staff is. Even during this difficult time of a pandemic service and safety is always their priority for pet families. Riley's smile says it all!

My boys are always well cared for at Banfield, by the front desk employees, the techs and vets! I have no complaints with the quality of care. However, with the new covid policies, the drop off appointment length is unacceptable- 4 hours for a yearly exam is way too long when it used to take 30 minutes. If it happened once due to low staffing etc I would understand but it has happened 3 times within the past year, so at this point it is a choice of poor time management for the Banfield company.

It's okay I hate the fact I can't go back with the dogs My girl does well I wish the vet tech would listen when I have to hand over my boy though he really doesn't like to go without me

In and out quickly. Saved a ton of money on the pups exam and treatment. Insurance saves you lots!

They waited til I come in for appt..before they told me prices..over 500.00 to take care my cat!! Dont think so!!

Friendly staff, my dog loves them

My dogs don't mind going to the vet.

Busy and popular... ready for regular visits instead of the curbside drop off though
