When we moved down from Wisconsin we needed to find a chiropractor for our dog snd treat him right since he is 17 years old . Got recommended this place and he is doing good from the treatment he gets from there .

My dog is special needs and they were extremely patient and sympathetic to his needs. Even carrying him ( all 68lbs) from the car and making him and I feel at ease. The staff took extraordinary care of my dog. They did not overcharge. One of few vets that offer chiropractic adjustment.

My experience with Pet-Vac has always been positive, even when I had to euthanize one of my cats. They were very compassionate and kind. They really care about their clients.

We have a 5 year old Boxer named Gracie. We brought her home when she was 6 weeks old. We took her to Pet Vac Animal Hospital the next day . We have trusted her care to Dr. Shari and her staff every since. They keep us informed of what vaccines, shots and screenings are needed and when. We rely on them frequently for bathing and boarding needs. Gracie is always eager to go and is excited when she gets there. This is a clear indication that she gets a lot of love and attention, and probably a few "extra treats" while in their care. I would recommend Pet Vac Animal Hospital to anyone that has a pet that is part of their family and wants a Dr. and staff that treats them like part of theirs.

My experience was wonderful! Dr. Cudd and her entire staff are knowledgeable and very kind. I am amazed by their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond. They have taken very good care of Marley as well as educated me on the necessary changes to his care due to his development of diabetes. I highly recommend Pet-Vac Animal Hospital.

Dr Shari is a great vet! I feel like they treat my kitten as if it was their own! Very good at explaining care and treatment. Definitely would recommend !

Dr. Cudd has always been our veterinarian; even when her practice was in the Bi-Lo shopping center. A few years ago our dachshund Dixie was diagnosed as being diabetic. Dr. Cudd has been with us through every step of the way; her compassion and professionalism is second to none. She takes care of Dixie in even more ways than a typical doctor- patient relationship. So, on behalf of myself, Jan, and Dixie, thank you Dr. Cudd, Cassandra, Kirsten, Charlie, Sam, Jane, Charlie, & Natalie for always going above and beyond in taking care of our baby girl!!

Friendly staff! Dr Cudd explains everything, I never felt rushed. She takes time while examining my pups. Answers any questions I may have. Can tell she is compassionate, in fact the whole staff. I absolutely trust her wisdom. The vet techs are so gentle and kind handling my dogs.

We changed to this practice with our elderly canine in his last year of life. We received the warm and fuzzy feeling we had been missing. Chiropractic care kept our boy walking without pain. This past Saturday morning early, he apparently suffered a stroke. He was in pain and suffering. They set aside time to quietly, privately, and lovingly help him cross the Rainbow Bridge. He and we were treated with the utmost professionalism and compassion. I cannot thank them enough for the love and care. I highly recommend this practice. They never rush through your appointment, make you wait long waits ( I apologize to anyone that waited for us on Saturday), and provide a warm and caring atmosphere on every visit. We have been going to Pet Vac with our pets, both dogs and cats, since Dr. Shari Cudd opened the Animal Hospital in Spartanburg in1988. Dr. Cudd has taken excellent care of our 6 dogs and 3 cats over 30 years. She is quite knowledgeable and caring, which is most comforting when we have a pet who is having problems. She loves what she is doing which is obvious when she gently holds an animal and talks to it in her calm voice during an examination, which has put each of our pets at ease during these times. Dr Shari was so compassionate and caring to my very sick cat. Her staff members came out to my car , because of safety precautions dealing with Covid 19, to take my cat inside and were so nice to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves their pet!
