I love this vet. She explained everything so I could understand it and what needed to be done. I will be taking my fur baby back to her.

This was my first time at a new vet with my spazzy 1 y.o. pup. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely competent. I've never seen a faster or more precise blood draw on a squirming dog. The vet tech was like a ninja!

That was my first time there and they treated me and my dog(Dallas). As if we had been going there forever. Thanks for all of everyone's help.

We love Dr G, Dr Capp, and the team. My boxer is always treated well. He gets excited to go to the vet and actually pouts when he doesn't get to stay for day care. They offer vet care, x-rays, surgery, several items in that area. They also have boarding and day care.

They didn't trim their nails or give a sample of heartguard as requested, and I wasn't permitted in the building. I would not recommend.

They fit my kitty in for an appointment because he was sick. Wonderful staff and caring doctor.

I was absolutely devastated by how bad this vet is. The receptionist on the phone was absolutely lovely and the assistant who took our animals in was relatively friendly, too. Due to covid they are only seeing the pets, not allowing owners to enter, which made me uncomfortable, but I trusted them to do their job. Unfortunately, I can verify that they did not do that. The doctor called to talk about their results (a simple physical checkup) and told me great news, "They are all looking healthy!" However, this isn't their first visit to a vet. One of my cats has very obvious dermatitis on her head from food allergies and another one has bad gingivitis and has lost teeth because of it. Im really sad that my fur babies didn't get the care they need and will just have to keep looking.

Uh-Oh, my chihuahua has been a patient at Palmetto Animal Clinic almost her entire 8 years and I would not take her any where else. Dr. Gagliardi is one of the best veterinarians I have taken ANY of My Chihuahuas to. She takes her time with me and Uh-Oh to observe her and answer my questions, which most of the time I have many if I am there for a health issue with Uh-Oh. Dr. Capps is the same way. He is extremely attentive to Uh-Oh and both doctors and their techs do everything to assure Uh-Oh that she is okay and safe while they are treating her. Jackie and Stephani are usually the ones I talk to if something comes up with Uh-Oh in between visits and I could not be more satisfied with their knowledge. Extremely impressive and comforting for me to know they are there. The staff in the Hospital and Kennel are simply amazing, they are compassionate and empathetic to me and Uh-Oh, understanding our Severe Separation Anxiety when she has had to stay. No matter how often I call to see how Uh-Oh is, THEY take their time and tell me what she has been doing and how she is. This year I had thought about moving and one of the first things I took into consideration was how far I might be moving from Palmetto Animal Clinic, just as I did with my own doctor. That's just how much I rely on them for Uh-Oh's health and wellness. I, of course, have told my friends about the medical care they give and their fees, now most of them are sharing the great relationship between them, their babies and The Palmetto Animal ClinicTeam. When it comes to those little guys who count on us for everything... there's no better clinic than Palmetto Animal Clinic. GOD BLESS YOU FOLKS FOR HELPING ME KEEP Uh-Oh Healthy!

Wouldn't take my babies nowhere else! They actually care about your animals . Most vets are just money hungry and would turn a dying pet down , quickly. At palmetto animal clinic , you know ,that your pets are in GREAT hands .

I absolutely love it here! I’ve been to plenty of vet clinics and i’m only sticking with this one. The doctor is great, the staff are always super nice and friendly. Great pricing and they have everything done fast. Great all around. I love it!
