I love this place, but it would seem that they never answer their phone.

They saw our pet on short notice, took great care of her, and did an excellent job communicating with our daughter and ensuring all of her questions were answered.

Great staff start to finish. Vets are fantastic with all of our pets!

Don't care for the no appointment format. Was there for an hour and a half wasn't seen and had to leave.

Best vet around! Staff is caring and friendly.

Have a rabbit so I had to find an vet for him Elizabeth is great

The best animal hospital around. Hands down. Fair prices and take the best care of your fur babies. I have two pitbulls. They're a star there.

everyone was really nice there. I'm just not comfortable with not goin back with Blu, my Labrador retriever. He is like my son and I can't take not being able to be there and comfort him when being seen. so I opted to take him to his regular vet on Monday.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We didn't have to wait long. We'll be back.

Would NOT recommend taking your pet here. Took my dog to get spayed Friday and from drop off to pick up, all the staff were very rude and had an attitude. After I picked her up she was bleeding all over the floor and didn’t have a cone on and told us to be on our way after paying over $500. Never talked to the Dr. Never got any information about restrictions or what we should be doing after. We kept asking the front lady questions because no one came and talked to us about her. I am very disappointed. They never took her out to pee or gave her any water the whole 8 hours she was there. I cannot believe how rude the staff was. I never leave bad reviews but I had to because my dog means the world to me.

We received wonderful compassionate care during an incredibly difficult situation.

This is hands down the best vet we've ever seen. They are so, so compassionate. They do everything in their power to get you in asap. They have done such a great job with my pets and I will continue to see them!

While on vacation with my cat, I realized that he needed a shot before I could board him, and Eastside Animal Hospital was very accommodating, fitting me in on very short notice. Great people!!

I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. From the front desk all the way down to the vet was a great experience. It's definitely stressful when you're bringing your dog in for not feeling great and the kindness everyone here has made it so much on me. They took care of my dog so well and I'm so happy I found a vet I can trust. Thank you!

I Called today about our 6 month old puppy my family has recently gotten to see about getting her spayed. We aren’t familiar with the process of how this goes and just recently gotten her first set of shots so I wanted to ask questions to see what they offered The receptionist was very rude with me questioning me as to why I haven’t already gotten our puppy her shots and was so quick to give me a price and not explain everything that was supposedly given during the procedure. Once again, this is very new to us and we our trying to do the right thing by our new fur baby and this animal clinic definitely lost us as a customer because of one phone call!

Dr King AND staff are so caring and knowledgeable. I just love the treatment my fur babies get, and even though I have moved an hour away, I am thinking of keeping them as my vet. Thank you Eastside!
