This vet office is great. Me and my husband adopted a male cat from foster paws and something happened, a mistake was made where his papers said he was neutered and he had one broken tooth but no mouth issues. Turns out he was NOT fixed and he actually has stomasis. He ended up having a lot of inflammation on his gums and had to have a lot of healthy teeth removed. Critter Care took care of him for me, free of charge to correct the issue. All of the nurses were nice and helpful, doctor seemed knowledgeable from the bit I was able to talk to him. They really took care of my baby and thankfully he is now neutered and his mouth has healed. He's doing so much better - would definitely recommend this office. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Mornane, Katlyn, Lacey, Bradley and all support staff. Dr. Mornane accurately diagnosed my 14 yo dachshund (subsequent to 2 other veterinarians misdiagnosing him), and efficiently treated him with the K-Laser. Everyone that I‘ve worked with in this office is genuinely friendly and incredibly passionate about animals. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Mornane and all of his staff.

There is no staff anywhere better than Patrick Mornane and his dedicated group of animal professionals. We are a rescue group that relies heavily on Critters Care's extraordinary services for a wide variety of animal complaints. From the tiniest newborn pup who was lactose intolerant to the 21 year old mini poodle who needed a dental and to all age groups and all types of ailments in between, Critter Care offers top of the line service by a team who truly cares.

My groomer "doesn't do cats on Saturdays". My vet (where we pay a monthly plan fee plus extra for nail trims) couldn't fit him in for a nail trim today either. I called Critter Care and they took him right back and charged me less than either of my usual places. Only met the one staff member but she was quick and friendly. Will be back!

Started taking my 4 month old puppy here a couple weeks ago. He loves going and always gets excited as we pull up in the parking lot. The facility is a little dated, but it's very clean and the staff treat the animals like their own. They have several separate play areas for different dog personalities and keep a close eye on each area. They also have an emergency vet in the same building so I have piece of mind if there's ever an accident.

Didn't like the looks of the boarding but they did good with grooming.

If I could give a negative review I would. I took my 10 year old dog there, told them she had hip issues, skin tags and was a nervous dog. When I picked her up she couldn't walk for over 2 hours as well as nicking at least 2 of her tags. …

Took my 1 year old big ball of energy Lab in to have his nails trimmed. Great folks here handled him wonderfully and did an excellent job on his nails. Highly recommend.

My first time there boarding Phoebe. The folks were Great. Phoebe seemed to feel at home or was happy as soon as we walked in. Everything went just great.

My Lucky and Rosie have been going to Critter Care for a couple of years now since we moved to the area. We have left them overnight and they get their grooming there. There was a time when I had taken in my elderly grandmother and was pregnant. During that time, my fur babies did not get groomed as life was just so overwhelming. I was embarrassed taking them in for their first haircut once things settle down, but the staff never made me feel like a horrible dog Mom for behind on their grooming. They just took them in and made them look amazing. This stood out to me as people don’t always know what’s going on but still judge. They didn’t. My babies are so loved at home and at Critter Care. I appreciate that and I highly recommend.

My dog absolutely loves going here. Staff is really friendly and treats thier "customers" well. They do a real good job grooming.
