Definitely felt like our precious fur baby was just a number. No compassion from the vet or technicians. Don’t carry your pet here unless you have no where else to seek care.

This is the first time I have left feeling like nothing more then a number. I am thankful for the help provided to the kitten. I will acknowledge that if not for their knowledge and resources, the kitten would not have made it. However, the communications and service from the receptionist and nurse were absolutely horrible. When told something had not happened, the nurse corrected me on the phone. It wasn’t until I told her that the receptionist had owned that she did not do something we had asked that she backed down. It was even more discouraging when we watched as she intersected with the male nurse and walked aimlessly around the lobby. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the owner. When and if that happens, I will remove this review. Unfortunately I cannot trust that any concern I express to the staff on duty tonight will go beyond what being heard.

The staff were so good to me and my sweet Diva. She was 14 and in really bad shape, and there were no other clinics in the area open on Saturdays. They stayed upfront about all the costs, they were so nice to me when we agreed that the best thing for my cat was to put her down. The staff was so supportive and friendly throughout the whole process. The wait wasn’t very long either, given the circumstances of COVID. Overall I am so glad they were able to help me today. I can’t express how happy it made me to know that my sweet kitty was in good hands during her last bit of time on Earth.

I took my dying kitten here and explained what I thought was wrong. I was told it was because I wasn’t keeping him warm. I told him that he has a heating pad and that wasn’t the case. They heated him up and said he was perking up and that I could do intensive care at home and that he should perk up soon with more heat. I took him home and felt that his little rib was broken. I don’t know why I paid over 100 dollars for an exam for them not to notice that. He died about an hour or so after I got him home. Definitely don’t recommend this place

Thank you so much for your care for my dog. Wait time was lengthy but they were very upfront about the delay. My dog got the treatment and medicine she needed to recover. Staff was very kind and the doctor explained everything in detail.

Called for help as my English mastif is getting ready to have her puppies. Told the lady she was bleeding pretty bad was told they were filled up and could take to Greenville. For being an emergency vet they are very very uncaring and would tell anyone if possible take to a different place. I know it's hard to do when it's an emergency????

Do not recommend. After being bought out, the new staff and company do not care about the well-being of your furry family members.

They were very nice and the doctor explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand.

Completely rude staff. We found a dog that had been hit on the side of the road and they refused to even scan him for a chip. They refused service and told us to just take him to the pound. If I could give negative stars I would.

My sweet Piper was 15 years old with dementia, the past few days of his life was licking his lips, on that Friday late afternoon he wasn’t acting right then all of a sudden he couldn’t stand up few times he did he couldn’t stay up, my neighbors daughter was visiting and she came to help me carry him into my apartment, I also had noticed his stomach was even closer to the ground and huge, Sherry called emergency vet here in Hendersonville, it was closed, she called and told them that we were on our way 40 horrible minutes drive, they got us in pretty fast, I knew it was time to let him go over the rainbow bridge ???? I had to keep it together for my fur baby, all the staff were awesome, caring and sweet, I’m glad we decided to go there and not wait until next morning, I got to say goodbye to him, telling him he was going to see his buddy Bodi who would be waiting for him, my heart is breaking and I cry a lot but having a great vet made it easier for me, Thank you all the ladies there, I appreciate all you did for me to make it through that night, you are all amazing ????????????????????????????????R.I.P. my sweet Piper I love and miss you so much ????

Took our pup in promptly to replace stitches she had pulled out on a Saturday afternoon. Great to have vet care available when our regular vet is closed.

I can not say enough good things about this veterinary emergency care facility. Their staff went above and beyond for me with a young cat that my family had rescued and who was in a tough situation. They were kind and understanding when I cried from frustration regarding the lack of help with the care and management of strays and ferals in Spartanburg and some surrounding counties. With their care, time, and the kindness in their hearts, they gave a sweet cat with a grim future a chance at survival and recovery. I am impressed by their empathy, kindness, and willingness to help without necessarily profiting every time. I am forever greatful to them for their help, this kind of compassion is hard to find in a veterinary setting anymore.

People complain about the wait. I get it. Your little furry friend is hurting and you want help. Or about the cost. It is what it is for emergency care and with zero options. I waited quite a while with my sick dog and then for updates, and it sure wasn't cheap (bit it wasn't unfairly expensive either.) But they took care of her and kept me calm, answered all my questions regarding her care there and at home if she made it through, answered all my calls and queries to check on her through the night and the next day. My dog is back home and healthy and I have them to thank, as there was NO OTHER VET available anywhere I could find on Saturday to help me after her normal vet visit the day before didn't address the underlying problem. I have no idea if she'd have survived without this visit. I'm so thankful they are there, for the work they do, and for the care they offer. Big social distance hugs to everyone there who helped my Daisy!!!

There hours say 6pm-8am, so I rushed to take my sisters guinea pig b/c he was choking. But when we got there they were closed. That was the only hope we had to save him but unfortunately he passed. I thought that an emergency vet will always be open, but that was not the case.

By auditing and having a company-wide morale and customer service plan versus a profit share and veterinarian $450,000 bonus for the company's financial performance. I Feel Victim to this exact scenario in Spartanburg South Carolina at Care Emergency Vet Hospital. I have several pictures notes and recordings of my experience there which was not resolved by treating my animal he was essentially pushed out the door and at the same time I was being threatened to have the authorities called on me. Simply because I had questions concerns and was met with the most rude and uninformative doctor ever by the name of Dr Dixon. I will be leaving this review with full details pictures and recordings on as many platforms as possible that pathway thrive and c.a.r.e has. I would like to know that a very minimum the social media and web development department would let Mr Hedley know of this one particular review. If not I will escalate and escalate and escalate my experience will not go unaddressed!

Called ahead on 3/16/21 at 6 in the morning because our dog was sick. The lady who answered said they're open until 8 & to bring the dog in. Drove 45 minutes from NC and arrived at an empty reception window. When the lady finally emerged from the back room, she said they were closing soon and would just end up transferring our dog to another vet. This was an hour before close. Why tell us to come in if you didn't want to take us? Surely you can understand how utterly wrong this is. This was time wasted that could have been better spent going somewhere else, which we did. Do better next time. An animal's life could depend on it.

These folks demand drivers license and record all your personal information prior to being seen. When I asked to see a manager so that I could make some accommodation other than giving all my info. I was informed “no one is here for you to talk to, IT WILL BE AN HOUR AND A HLF WAIT before we can see your pet” Because my friend is very sick and there isn’t any other place open I had to comply. I hope they give better care than service-

We brought our 11 month old pup here on Saturday morning because he was vomiting and hadn't eaten since Thursday morning. They did X-Rays and saw nothing. (376.00) Got him home and still not eating or drinking. Sunday we brought him back for a Barium Dye. Noone told us that it was an all day test so we ended up having to leave him overnight (no charge). Picked him up Monday morning to them saying they saw nothing (372.00). Got him home and that afternoon he looked worse so we got him into a Vet in Chesnee in 2 hours from the time I called. They did a Fecal exam and..... FOUND HOOKWORMS. I wonder why this wasn't done at the hospital. After 950.00 over 3 days needless to say he's doing MUCH BETTER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. It seems they are just looking for The Almighty Dollar. Thank You for your response. At this point the only thing I can recommend is to get part of my money back.

These are some really wonderful people who have passion for caring for your animals. My baby boy Rambo had some head shaking and need to see a Doctor but ours was closed. So these wonderful people seen my baby and took really wonderful care of him while I waited for him and they even keep you updated on your pet. I want to thank everyone for your wonderful help with my baby. He was back to his self with end hours. So if you ever need a emergency veterinary and you can't get to yours this is the place to go. Thank you for making me and my baby feel better.

On February 7th, 2021, we found our Mini Aussie, Atlas, unresponsive in his crate and rushed him to this facility. They immediately took him and worked on him for about 3 hours straight. Apparently he had issues that couldn’t be saved. We made the hard decision to have him put down and the staff was extremely compassionate and empathetic. They explained the euthanasia process in detail and let us be with Atlas until he passed away. I want to thank the staff for working so hard to try to save Atlas for us. I’m so glad they tried their hardest and for so long to save him.

We had to WAIT about an hour & a half for my dog to be admitted for overnight care after she was spayed IMMEDIATELY at Heartland Animal Hospital by very caring & adept vets & surgeons & nurses!! I LOVE Heartland Animal Hospital so much that my expectations are thru the roof for any other veterinary clinic!

I see a lot of people complaining about wait times...I did have a long wait, but this is basically an ER for dogs. I had to bring in our dog on memorial day, when all other vets were closed. The place was packed for sure, but they were …

A bunch of con artists who move at a complete snails pace (funny seeing as they have the nerve to leave themselves as an “emergency “ or “urgent” vet) and if that wasn’t bad enough, they charge to up charge you like some sort of shady used car salesman. If I could give no stars I would, absolutely and unequivocally piss poor

I had to put my baby dog down. It wasnt easy but I wish we would have gotten more time. As soon as we sign the paper work, the Vet came in and did it as if he was in a rush to go home. Also I dont know if she's the nurse or secretary but …
