TLDR: Great clinic IF you can access it Giving an accurate rating is difficult. Once I had an appointment everything was great; they took good care of my animal, the staff was friendly, and the price is unbeatable. Unfortunately, I called and emailed numerous times for about a month without getting an answer or reply. I even went to the clinic during business hours but couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I finally got a call back but the call dropped. I called back at various extensions but couldn't get an answer. A week later we ended our game of phone tag and I got my appointment scheduled.

My toy ???? poodle was spayed there and everyone was very nice, very professional and did a great job. I so wish they did other surgeries like fixing subluxing patellars. The cost for that is way too high at vet’s offices, at least for my income. But they are well worth the trip there!

Please be aware. They didn't spay my cat fully. I had to later take her to a different vet so they could remove her second ovary. I will forever regret going to this clinic and never trust them again.

My cat was only half spayed , shes been having complications for a year took her to a different vet and they said only one overy was removed , had to pay for a second spay , and now my cats in so much pain shes always meowing in pain if you love your animal do not take it here

This place has done more than 10 animals for us and we have always been happy with their services. They have a massive community and manage to get it right most or all of the time Thanks for all you humans do for our animals!!!

I just dropped Gus off to be neutered and the people were absolutely amazing and nice people, the way the world is now it shocked me. I know people can put on a front but you can tell real and nice people. Please take care of my GUSSY ,

Very friendly courteous staff and they enjoy helping our animals. Bull my dog got fixed here and everything went great. This is now my dogs vet.

I'm sure their services are great, but i have absolutely no idea because nobody at the office cares to reach back out. I called and left 3 messages, and sent 2 emails. Not ONE time did anyone reach out to me - even if not scheduling services for awhile you could be professional and at LEAST let somebody know. If you're looking for urgent advice or even within 3 WEEKS advice, i wouldn't recommend any help from them. Look elsewhere for your immediate needs.

Animal Ally always does a wonderful job for a great price. They're very thorough. Today I have my little male kitten neutered and they found tapeworms and also gave him all his shots that he needed and all of this cost $45 plus $25 for his medication. My regular vet would have cost me over $200. Something I really can't afford. Everyone that has an animal needs to go to animal Ally to make sure there's not these poor babies running around homeless.

I have had 2 cats spayed here and both times these folks were rude!! Not to mention that my husband got stuck in a wreck on his way to pick up the last cat. He was a whole 5 minutes late and they still charged him $20 extra for a late fee and acted as if they weren't going to give my cat back to him if he didn't pay it. Claiming that they had to stay over to wait on him. Now I could see if he had been twenty or thirty minutes late but he was five minutes late and it was only because he had to go around traffic. Now in reality that little 5 minutes that he was late they wouldn't have been out the door anyway so they didn't specifically sit and wait on him. Nevertheless he paid the extra $20 so that he could get the cat home to me much nicer than I am because had it been me I would have let them have it on the spot

Called a couple times today and it just goes to voice-mail. A woman picked up and asked if I was someone else, and when I said no I want to schedule a time to get my cat neutered, she hung up?? Left a voice-mail. Don't seem to be accepting any business.

Making it affordable to spay & neuter (as well as microchip & vaccinate) cats & dogs is so critical to reducing euthanasia & providing a means for those without income to spare on expensive procedures to care for their pets! They fit our 4 month old kitten in 2 days after I called (due to a cancelation). We weren't in a rush, but it worked out. $50 out the door for a neuter & microchip. That's great compared to $300 another vet had quoted us! They were very busy, but very professional, & our kitten is healing great!

I didn't go for myself but my uncle said the place was great. Very helpful and friendly people and they gave him an enormous discount because of his age (80) and income.

Some of the most nicest people!!! Wonderful prices!!! I love they are much closer to Gaffney than they were before!!! They also keep the building clean and looking great!!! I will definitely be returning in a few months to get my puppy microchipped.

They took good care of my Jasper. I was very concerned about his anxiety and me leaving him. They assured me he would be given meds to calm him down. He was well taken care of, as far as I can tell. He's home resting.

Quick process and great staff

This is a great low cost clinic. The professionals here work with the community to provide care at a low cost for animals , so that we might one day see less homeless animals wandering the streets. My wife and I rescue and we take all of our fur babies to this clinic for spay/ neuter. The staff is Amazing!!! We also love the fact that they have a 24 hr line that is answered by a staff member for follow up questions and concerns post op. They accept pics via text and get back to you with a response from their vet within minutes. Thank you Animal Allies for all that you do and keep fighting the good fight.
