The folks at SAH were very friendly, professional, and we're willing to answer all of my questions/concerns about my pup. I'm glad that we chose them.

We've just relocated to this area. This is a excellent place for fur babies. Everyone is profecient, professional, kind and courteous. Facility is well maintained.

I tell everyone I know to come here. I honestly cannot think of anything more the team at this facility could do! You all routinely go above and beyond for your patients and their owners. Thank you for all you do!!

I have been taking "my kids" to see Dr. Keller for almost 9 years now. She, her staff, & the other veterinarians are incredible. They are loving, caring, & extremely knowledgeable. I trust them implicitly. My dogs are all Seniors now. I don't know what I would do without them. Still taking my "kids" to Simpsonville Animal Hospital. It is wonderful to take my dogs to a vet where they take such great care in whom they hire. The staff is well-trained, from the front desk personnel, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves. Going into my 12th year with Dr. Keller. My admiration for her and her staff, for what they do day-in & day-out, only grows.

I have now met all 3 vets and various vet techs. Everyone is so willing to take the time to understand my concerns and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. This includes the front desk people who are so welcoming always. Great first impression. I recently moved to Simpsonville and having a great team of vets and techs is a HUGE relief for me. The office is so civilized and calm. I have been to vet offices that were so chaotic but not here. This makes a vet visit so much easier for my pets. One of my pets is a 16 year old chihuahua and I so appreciated Dr. Keller being curious about everything that challenges him and suggesting a different approach to helping him. No one has done that for him previously. They are all great you will not regret calling them.

My review will not justify how amazing this veterinary clinic is. Everyone here is so attentive, honest, kind, extremely knowledgeable & they truly care about every pet that walks through the door. Thank you so much for taking care of my girls (and the crazy puppies I bring in????) and for taking care of me too for that matter. You’re doing an amazing job of making a difference.

We have been with Dr. Keller for at least 15 years+. She is amazing at taking care of our pups. We have come to love the staff at Simpsonville Animal Hospital as well. Some of whom have cared for our babies previously as well. I highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable business for your pet's care.

They're fantastic! I've always been able to get my pet's in the same day when one of them has been under the weather and routine check ups always within a day or two.. They also have always let me go in with my pets, even when Covid first started and everyone else was making you wait in the car. May not be a big deal to some but to me it was.

I love Japan Express - I never get tired of their fresh food! The white sauce - mmmmmm…

My experience at the Simpsonville Animal Hospital from beginning to end was amazing to say the least. The property is well maintained for your animal to relax and use the bathroom if needed before walking through the front door to be greeted by the amazing staff that awaits you and your animal. The team members at the office go above and beyond when it comes to caring for your animal and communicating all information to the animal's owner. The waiting room is clean and there are plenty of seats available should you want to sit while having a great conversation with the team members. Recently, our dog had a minor incident, in which, I called and utilized their equivalent to telehealth. Needless to say, the staff their was able to answer my questions and save me and our dog a trip from coming into the office to get checked out.

Would not make an apt for 14 wk old sick puppy with loose stool for 4 weeks.

They are welcoming and can always accommodate my schedule by fitting me in for appointments. The staff is always so loving to my baby girl Juno.

They are all so nice here. All the doctors we've met really care and are so gentle.

The receptionist is very snooty but they are quick in and out and seem concerned about all their animals welfare.
