I am so glad I choose Connected Pets to watch my pup! I have a reactive dog and am always nervous to leave her with anyone new. Rachael was awesome!! She was very communicative, leaving photos and notes after each visit. Baby (my dog) warmed up to her so quickly. Definitely will use them again.

Definitely recommend! They have taken care of my three dogs on two different trips. Both times they followed instructions perfectly and communicated with pictures and messages. This most recent trip, they helped give medications to one of my dogs. They even helped with bringing in packages and taking the trash to the curb for pickup.

Hiring pet sitters for the first time can be challenging and concerning. Dustin made the process seamless! Both of my kitties - who generally run and hide with new people - warmed up quickly. The app, pics, and feedback for each visit put me at ease. I will be scheduling again for the next trip. Very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend Connected Pets!

Connected Pets is, without a doubt, THE perfect pet sitting service! They are reliable, professional and eliminate the fear of leaving your pets in the care of strangers. Dustin, the owner, visited our home to meet the fur babes before our vacation. And he brought Carrie, the young lady who would actually visit our home each day and care for the pets in our absence. She was superb! Each day we were gone, TWICE a day, Carrie sent photos of the pet enjoying a treat or fetching a ball in the backyard. They were perfectly cared for which made our vacation that much more enjoyable. I plan to use Connected Pets over and over. No more dumping my pets at a noisy pet hotel. Now they relax in their own home thanks to Dustin and his team!

We have loved using Dustin from connected pets! He has been very reliable and it is very easy to book a visit. They give you photos as well as details of exactly what happened during the visit and even set up a camera if you book multiple visits in a day!Would highly recommend them!

Used Dustin for all of our out of town trips and he did a great job giving us updates and spoiling our pets -a border collie/aussie mix (who has some aggression/anxiety issues but adored him) as well as a cat. I was very pleased with Connected Pets while I was out of the country for two weeks recently. Dustin sent a report and pictures of both of my cats every time he cared for them. He gave them treats and played laser chase with them. And I loved being able to watch them on the webcam while I was away!

Connected Pets has been a lifesaver for our family. Being new to the area and needing reliable and compassionate caregivers for our pets has made our lives so much easier. They take such great care of our dogs and cat when we travel. We feel so comfortable with them staying overnight in our home, and I know the dogs love it too. For grooming needs, Melody is The Best!!! We have a Saint Bernard with A LOT of fur. Before Melody, we couldn’t find a groomer that would take a dog of his size, so we were constantly bathing and brushing him. Since Melody has been grooming him, he doesn’t shed or stink like he once did. He also seems much happier - probably because he love the extra TLC and feeling so clean. We are so grateful Melody and her mobile grooming van has joined Connected Pets team. I highly recommend Connected Pets for grooming and pet sitting. Give them a try - you’ll be glad you chose them too. They are wonderful!!

Melody did a great job with her grooming of my puppy Erris. He is a golden doodle and loves to play in the mud so he can be a handful when it comes to grooming. Melody gave him a wonderful cleaning (extra bath!) and cut. Much better than the groomer I used previously. He came in smelling amazing. Super bonus that she came to me with her grooming van. I highly recommend Connected Pets for grooming and their other pet sitting services are great too!

This company is amazing. I was beyond nervous about leaving my dog, who’s like my child, with anyone and having someone have access to my home. At the first meeting with Dustin, both me and my dog felt at ease and confident. In the last few months he has taken excellent care for my guy and has been very accommodating of my schedule and any changes I needed to make. Very happy with this company and anyone looking for dog sitting should hire them.

Dustin was fantastic. He made me feel extremely comfortable and my dogs loved him. I have one dog who can be difficult to care for and Dustin knew just what to do. He was communicative, responsive and went above and beyond my expectations. You will not be disappointed when you use his services.

10/10 Excellent service!!! I had never used a pet service before so I was very nervous to leave my babies with someone who wasn't family. Dustin was very quick to respond, accommodate my crazy schedule to meet my dogs and fit me in last minute before my trip. While I was gone I got updates, pictures, and detailed messages about how each visit went. When I got home my dogs weren't going wild when they saw me and I knew they had been well taken care of since they didn't seem to miss me as much as in the past. I really couldn't be happier with choosing them to keep my dogs happy and healthy and I will definitely use them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about connected pets. My husband and I just moved to the Greenville area and were nervous about finding a new Petsitter to trust our pet family with. But Dustin completely exceeded our expectations. We have a cat with some complex health needs and he was able to work with us. The team stayed in communication and I never was nervous that they would show up or leave our cat and dog too long without care. Dustin set up a camera so we could watch our pets while we were gone and I can’t tell you how comforting that was just to be able to see them. He left no detail out (set up a key box so we didn’t have to worry about exchanging and keeping up with keys). He mentioned he used to be in law enforcement and he actually checked our windows to make sure they were locked when we left. Will definitely work with Connected Pets again!

I recently used Connected Pets while we were out of town. Dustin did an excellent job taking care of my two puppy boys. He has great software which you install on your phone. One app takes care of all your puppy's important information and generates report cards and text messages after each visit. The other involves a camera that Dustin will set up in your apartment. You are able to watch your pets while you are away. My two Morkies loved him and enjoyed their walks and playtime. I would definitely use his services again.
