These people are family. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my pets care. I've been with cedar lake animal hospital for over 14 years now and I use them for both boarding and vet care.

Cost $400 for a Vet to tell me my dog "may" have cancer. They felt his wrist and immediately went for the Xray because it felt hard (Which I already knew) Afterwards they showed me a quick glance and said the bone looks like its growing on top of itself. Gave me some pains pills and antiflamatory pills he "needs" and those cost me $150 alone (Pills that are $50 tops with a quick Google search. The worst part is they charged you $160 for an Xray and tell me I can't have a copy of it?! So yes... $400 with no answers. And they wanted to do a $170 blood test that I made sure to refuse!! They tell you all these test and medicines your dog needs but never tell you any cost. Be careful because when you call the initial quote may sound decent but its a lot of little "added" cost that go unmentioned until its time to pay.

Great vets. A little pricey but service is the best.

I had to put my beloved pet down today. I have to say they made this already awful experience so much worse! Not only were people laughing and joking in the lobby as we were in a sad state already, I would have appreciated a little more respect and privacy. Then they continued to call my dog a him the entire time when she is a female, so that made me feel like they didn’t care enough to make sure they showed respect for her. And lastly we only wanted to stay for the shot that was supposed to make her drift off peaceful asleep. We were going to leave before the last shot was given. Well they got the dosage wrong and instead of her peacefully falling asleep we had to sit there and watch her twitch and make noises, they had to go get more medicine which still didn’t make her fall asleep! At this point I had to run out of the room because I could no longer take the twitching and noises she was making. I was already sad and they made it so much harder on me and my family.

Been with CLAC for along time. Great boarding venue, great animal loving staff. When my pets passed I received a sympathy card from the staff. The love animals just as I do.

Wasn't impressed. Long wait. Pressed me for vaccinations and shots I did not want for my kitten. More expensive than my other vet. They take your animal away into another room to do examination and shots. Not cool.

The staff as so professional and well informed. I loved their patience and willingness to help me understand the growing needs of my pets. I had a lot of fun too.

Wonderful staff! Very caring and walks you though all that's needed for your pet and makes sure you are aware of what's being done what the next step is and costs.

I never leave reviews about businesses but I love animals and I had to post something about this facility! This animal hospital may be ok for checkups and shots but if you have a sick animal do not take it here!! A very close friend of mine lost her dog a few weeks back due to incompetence of this vet. I wont give details of the problem but believe me it should have been obvious to a well trained vet to never let this dog leave the hospital!! And now her cat (who was misdiagnosed by this vet) has been diagnosed with a very severe UTI at another animal hospital. This vet said the cat had been suffering with this for a couple of months and it should have been obvious! If my post saves even one animal it will be worth it!

Dr. Jasmine is amazing! Being a first time puppy parent...she enlightened us and picked up our puppy Shamrock's poop in a second before I could apologize! That's an awesome grace and concern!!

They really care about your pets. Very friendly and thorough with great service.

We visited this vet after relocating to the area and our daughter takes her pets there too. They're wonderful! You can get an appointment and they get you into a room quickly. They love your fur-baby through their check up and get you in and out. We've had great experiences!

Great caring doctors and staff...whether trimming nails or helping with elder pets...these folks are awesome.

They was wonderful with my dog.

They got me in quickly, so if you need your pet to be seen ASAP, it will do. I didn’t care for the dirtiness of the facility and the idea of them taking my dog away for his exam instead of examining with me. Why let me in the facility at all if you’re not going to exam my baby in front of me? What are y’all doing to him!? Or not doing, rather... Then the vet comes in and gives me a plan instead of shared decision making of her finds. Which she found nothing, but still wanted to charge over double for food and antibiotics. Antibiotic prescribing happy. My concerns about what was wrong with him weren’t fully and completely addressed which has caused me to pay an additional fee for an additional check up - one I’ll be paying someone else for.
