Our dog was very well cared for and happy and healthy when he returned home to us. We appreciated the extra attention they gave to him as he is an older dog and in need of meds.

Great Kennel! Both of my dogs were well taken care of and very happy. Caretaker onsite 24/7. My anxiety ridden dog was handled with understanding. We will definitely be using this kennel the next time we need to board our dogs.

We are so thankful that we found an amazing group to care for our fur babies like they were their own fur-family! Charlie and Casey loved their stay with Hi-Lo Kennels, and came home after a long 5 day stay clean and smelling wonderful from their bathes, worn out from all their attention and playtimes, and most importantly- happy! Hi-Lo kennel grounds are beautiful, the staff and owners are so sweet, personable, and attentive! The pups loved their Christmas gift blankets and bag of treats, too!

Our pup hasn't had great luck with boarding until his most recent stay at HI-Lo Kennel. We have had to board him a few times prior to this trip and we selected two of the most highly rated and recommended places only to be severely disappointed (each stay required a vet visit after we picked him up for either illness or injury) so when this trip came up needless to say we were a bit nervous! Our fears and hesitation were put to rest from the first phone call with Kenzi to schedule. She spent time answering all my questions and thoroughly explained the pricing and the process. They schedule an appointment for drop off, so Beth and Kenzi can spend time with you and your dog getting to know you and making your dog feel welcome. They love dogs and it shows. They have indoor/outdoor kennels and spend time one on one playing with your dog-so no mass jumble of 20 dogs to one person. While we were away, they sent pictures (dressed him up for his birthday, took a holiday photo) and gave him so much love. We picked him up and he was happy, healthy and smelled good! No nasty spray deodorant, or "kennel" smell. This was the absolute best experience and hands down the best kennel in the area. I almost hated to write a review because I don't want the secret to get out ha ha, but they deserve the recognition. Thank you HI-Lo Kennel!

You can tell they truely care about the animals. Love the fact that they take each dog out individually and there are only 2 caretakers so they really get to know each dog, their needs and their personality’s!

Wonderful experience! We can tell our two dogs received alot of attention and care and activity! Already asleep on the way home????❤️. We will be back to Hi/Lo Kennels soon!

This was our first time boarding my daughter’s German Shepard puppy and we quickly learned that there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Kenzi was very reassuring and helpful in showing me the facilities and explaining exactly what our Luna’s day would look like. She was clean and happy and well loved on when we picked her up. Would highly recommend HiLo kennels to anyone needing boarding services.

We were nervous to board our puppy for the first time, but quickly realized there was nothing to worry about, leaving him at Hi Lo Kennel. They were professional, responsive, and did such a good job taking care of our little guy!!!

We tried several kennels in the Simpsonville, SC area before we found Hi/Lo Kennel for our cat Missy. The owner boards cats in a bedroom in her house. Missy appeared to get good care at her first boarding; she was calm when we picked her up. We appreciate the service that Missy received. We will bring Missy back in the future. They kept my and my son's dogs this past week while we were travelling. I have been taking my dogs there for years. You can tell the staff there loves what they do and they take such good care of their guests!

We boarded our two dogs here (neither have been boarded before) and had the best experience! The staff could not have been sweeter to our two dogs. When we picked them up, it was obvious that they had been well-cared for! Our dogs were clearly happy with the staff and they nuzzled against them for treats and snuggles when we picked them up. We will be bringing them back this week, and I’m certain they will have a wonderful experience again!

We took our Boykin Spaniel here for a weekend stay and the staff was so kind! They were busy with check-ins when I called, but Beth took my number and got right back to me when she said she would. I appreciated it being a low-key, one-on-one attention kennel where I didn't feel like I was dropping my dog off at a busy daycare. Our Boykin is older and has anxiety issues, and Beth was happy to accommodate him. Rocket returned happy and clean! We will be back for sure. Thank you!

We love Hi-Lo Kennel!! Our dog "Chip" has stayed there on many occasions. Chip practically jumps out of our arms when he sees Beth. Beth and her team are absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for a place for your pet, then you have found it right here!

The first thing we did after moving to Simpsonville was to look for a dog kennel that treated our cocker spaniel with loving care. We went to several kennels before finding Hi-Lo Kennels. The owners and staff having a caring attitude and treat every dog as their motto states, "every dog is special". The kennels are very clean and run in a professional and responsible manner. We have peace of mind when leaving him and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Thank you all for taking such good care of our Shadow.

We left our 4 furry babies there last summer and we were very happy with the location, staff and infrastructure. The personal is awesome and we will definitely bring back our dogs there during our next escape ;) Thank u!

The staff were very sweet and answered all of my questions. Beth was the one who took our pup and brought her back and she was extremely gentle and understanding that Kira was nervous and didn't push her too quickly. I very much enjoy the way the kennel and yards were set up too, it feels very natural and welcoming for pups and their parents. We plan to use them whenever we need to board from now on.

We have been going to Hi-Lo for years. This is the ONLY place our little fur baby goes. They go above and beyond to make sure your pet is in a happy, clean, and safe place. They have always shown our elderly pet so much love and kindness. They are really are the best at what they do!

We have been bringing our dog Sandi to Hilo kennels for many years. The staff is great with Sandi and always professional.

We found HiLo by chance and were quite impressed! Beth and Kenzie were both so kind to show us all around, answer our many questions and were so very attentive to our dogs! To have found a smaller kennel where you feel that your dog is not just a number that staff have to check off each day is fantastic. We also loved that they smelled and looked so great when we picked them up!

I have been taking my dogs to Hi-Lo kennels for 15 years, sometimes driving as long as 2 1/2 hours to do so. I am able to go on vacation and not have to worry about my pets because I know they are being well taken care of by Georgia, Phil and Beth.

We have used Hi-Lo Kennels for since over 3yrs. They have a wonderful, small facility that is family run. They love your animal & take great care of them. The kennels are very clean.
