Joel was so patient and helpful - it’s rare you come across someone who is happy to take their time to help you, opening bottles while I smell shampoo, providing his favorite recommendations. The best place to shop for pets!

Tonight was my first time and EarthWise and it will not be my last. The experience was amazing. Mary was such a super big help and so knowledgeable I’m not sure why I waited so long to go there. I wasn’t sure what kind of food to get for my Frenchie and she was so super super sweet and helpful. She stayed with me the whole time so I felt like I was making the right decisions and she even educated me on a few things. Mary is the best and I recommend her and EarthWise to everyone! Thank you Mary! You are awesome!!

My first time experiences this store was mind blowing! The service immediately was overwhelming. Everyone was kind the entire time spent in the store . Knowledgeable, friendly , and super informative. I learned quite a few new things about not just purchasing food for my pet ( to note: I haven’t owned a pet in over 20yrs… so a lot lost), but OPTIONS OPTIONS OPTIONS… knowledge and understanding! You cannot ask or expect any more from 1 experience. As well as the variety of food available, and the QUALITY of the options. The attitudes of the employees were just the tip, top, and everything in addition! I said thank you so loud , it would’ve been embarrassing if I wasn’t so excited. My dog LOVED what I brought home ???????????????????????? !!! And I returned 2 days later. I was even given some samples, just in case she didn’t like the new food, to give her options… she loved it all !

Just moved to town and found the staff so kind, helpful and welcoming.

We used Sarah at the Simpsonville location. She was recommended to me. She has done a fabulous job with our pup and I couldn’t be more thankful for her! He’s a big boy and has long hair. She gave him a wonderful bath and trim.

Phenomenal staff and had exactly what I was looking for! A bit pricier compared to large pet shops, but the convenience and customer service make up for it.

The self washing station for dogs is so easy to use and they have everything you could possibly need! We also had our dog’s nails trimmed and they did an amazing job!
