Watch out for costly mistakes. From giving the wrong Rx food to giving the wrong amount and timeline for antibiotics. And there hiding behind COVID as an excuse to not be able to go in and see your vet with your pet. And vet techs are rude. Have since switch vets and so far am happier with the staff and pricing. Make sure if you take your pet here you check and double check everything before paying and leaving. They are clearly out for profit.

I recently had to take my Cairn Terrier in for an examination because he had a half-dollar size spot on his side and I was terrified that it might be cancer. The Vet Assistant was so concerned and asked questions which she wrote down to share with the Doctor. They didn't keep me waiting long and gave him a thorough check-up. Luckily it turned out to be a fungal infection. I was told exactly what was wrong, the treatment plan and the medicine that would be needed. I appreciate their quickness to do the examination, their thorough explanation of what the problem was and then the explanation of the medicine and how to use it. I have always been impressed with their knowledge and their concern for the patients.

I started using Hope after my old vet retired and I was nervous about the switch but they have been amazing...the first time I took my little {ahem} big man (who was quite the timid one at first) they actually got in the floor with him to do his visit because he was scared of their exam table - I was sold then and there! I have 2 dogs that are rather medically complicated and I can call Hope any time and they’re so nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. One of my fur babies has a lot of tummy issues and I called to ask for help after my normal protocol didn’t help and they got him in that day and got him straightened out. They’re very compassionate and loving to your fur babies and Dr. Habel is amazing with communication. He has personally called me back on several occasions to try to work things out to help my complicated little man and calls after curbside appointments to explain the course of action/instructions. I highly recommend them, I trust them (which means a lot when it comes to my fur babies!), and they have reasonable rates!

Every single time I leave Hope Animal Hospital, I am confident that my dog is getting the best care in Cleveland County! Every single employee is the extremely professional, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Dr. Dee is the best vet we have ever used!

We have no Vets near us that will do exotic animal's. It's sad that we have to drive hours to even have a vet!

this place is worth the visit. Started when living in NC & even though we moved 45 minutes away into SC I will still keep them. Super friendly staff that welcome your animal. I have 2 dogs & trust Hope Hospital to take care of them, 1 just got spayed but everything went great & they always follow up.

Even though we had a curbside visit (which I initially was not happy about), everyone was so polite! The doctor even stepped out to speak with us about her findings. She was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This place is far from our home but we will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Both veterinarians and the entire staff are so hardworking and always take the time to thoroughly explain everything to you in a way that’s easy to understand. They are professional and extremely caring. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!

My dog is a real handful, and they are gentle and professional with her. They are very good at explaining what's going on with her, and they have done a great job adjusting during the pandemic. I trust them and will continue to bring my dog to Hope.

We have taken our two pups Dolly and JoJo to Hope since they were puppies and are very happy with the care they have received there. But lately twice I have called in about problems one or the other has had or having. I had to call back the first time because I didn't get a call back. And 2 weeks ago I called about Dolly and as of yet no Call Back. Soooo disappointed.

They were great came out to give shots and was good to talk to...

New doctor is good but hours are unfriendly. They refused to see a dog who'd had a stroke and needed to be put down. The dog had been seen there in the past, but to be fair, not in a while because their rates had increased and it was too hard to meet their schedule. All of my animals are strays and I have limited income but do the best I can to treat them when necessary. It seems as if this vet only wants pet owners who provide state of the art vet care. It's all about money.

We are helicopter furparents. We have separation anxiety worse than our pets, and that's bad. With this is in mind, we hope it helps to explain how much we love and trust Hope Animal Hospital. Dr. Moseley-Lawrence and Dr. Habel are well educated and informed. What makes them special is their understanding, compassion and caring hearts that go above and beyond. Their facility is immaculate, with modern equipment. and their staff treats you and your babies like family. We do not hesitate to recommend Hope Animal Hospital. FIVE STARS!!!!!!
