The best Veterinarian and Staff in Town. As an owner of 3 dogs and 3 cats I cannot give a higher recommendation than Cottonwood, they always take a common sense approach and listen to their customers. The fact that they are all amazingly friendly is a huge bonus.

I can't thank this staff enough, I came in towards closing time , whilen2 other hospitals turn us away due to staff shortage,. They went above and beyond to help in any way and explained every detail to me and when I thought nothing could even save the puppy they went and helped as much as they could with no hesitation! Thank you again, we appreciate soo much.

Have taken my critters here for years, great care and reasonable prices. Love the Doc and the staff is great!

The woman that I spoke with was very informative, answered all my questions, and very polite. I have heard good things about this place. Unfortunately I couldn't wait as long as they were wanting me to vaccinate my dog and I found a place to get them taken care of faster. I'm sure the staff there and their services are wonderful we just didn't get to have the experience. I would recommend them if somebody asked.

The customer service from the front desk is the worst I have dealt with. I called to kindly ask the lady at the front desk to fax over my dogs shot records to Boulevard animal hospital and in a really mean frustrating voice she says this is “ridiculous”. When your job is to work with the public as a customer service representative you simply can’t treat people this way. I was so taken back by this experience and it reminded me of why I would never recommend Cottonwood to anyone else EVER. We lost our dog because the proper precautions were not taken at Cottonwood a few weeks ago and now this happened. Just ensured me we would never step foot in this place again!!!!!!! And if I were you, I wouldn’t either.

The Dr came out and talked to me about the treatment my Shy girl needed. He also told me what was going on with my Shy.

Best Veterinarian in North Carolina. They all have so much compassion. I wouldnt use any other vet.

Made my dog return 3 times for a surgery that should have been done right the first time. Don’t waste your time here...

Visit was good, staff was friendly

I am disappointed and sad that we lost our dog a few weeks ago. We took her to Cottonwood as she was really sick and throwing up blood and we were told to wait on bloodwork until the next morning. I feel something else should have been done or a referral to emergency vet. I feel like this was a poor decision. We took her home not knowing she would pass away in the middle of the night. She was 7 years old. We are heartbroken and needless to say will choose another place to take our animals moving forward.

Very nice professional, took my dog inside, called I pd then brought him back out. Due to covid-19, nobody is allowed inside. So they come out to get the baby. The Dr. Will come out and talk to you when he gets done.

They are great & friendly with my Tinkerbell and the is a very timid dog.

Very nice and professional. Come out to my truck and got my dog took her inside give her her rabies shot. I was there maybe 15-20 minutes.

This is a very caring place, a few years ago a young lady and her dog was hit by a car they were leaving work and called the doctor back to care for the injured dog I'll always remember that and will take my future pet's there
