Great service. They come out to your car and take your pet ???? in and back out to your car.

We are beyond disappointed and insulted by the way the staff treated us, very rude and disrespectful, made mistakes on my cat’s paperwork and when I asked them to correct it they gave me a sarcastic tone on the phone and made me go back and forth to pick it up and still was wrong and missing the Dr signature, in the end she threw the documents at me and told me to take my cat somewhere else. I don’t understand why this ladies working the front office act like this? and mistreat the customers as if they were superior to us! I used to love this veterinary, I took my 2 previous cats here for years but sadly I will have to go somewhere else and go talk to a lawyer because the verbal abuse and rudeness from the assistants was beyond acceptable!

Waited on the front porch for 30 min after being told 'we'll be right with you' , had to leave after 30 min without service.

As aways, great annual visits to Boulevard Animal Hospital.

I am 56 years old and starting taking my mom's cats to Boulevard Animal Hospital when I was 15!!!.... Back then I always saw the senior Dr. and Mrs. Geffen. As I now take my cats to The son Dr. Brett..... whom I always saw as a young boy at the office.... As back then and is still to this day the Geffens are the only vets that I completely trust with my pets.... Dr. Brett is kind, funny, thorough and understanding of all my needs. Diane in the office is the best and I've also known her for the many years that she has worked at BAH!!... I will continue to take my pets only to BAH. I recommend BAH to all who love and care about their pets.

Horrible how can the lady answering phones be so heartless and rude to patients making an appointment? She needs to be fired. Rather take my pets up the street to Paws. Dr. Toni Knox is an excellent veterinarian that actually cares

I took my pets to this hospital for 13 years. I stopped because the main doctor almost killed my rescued six week old kitten. After finding a new place to go, I found out my dog had a heart murmur that was pretty significant????!!!!!! after ONLY ONE visit to the new doctor. How unprofessional is that? My dog was placed under surgery at this hospital on several occasions and I was never told that the dog had a heart murmur?!!! My dog, my BFF, COULD HAVE DIED!!!!! I trusted these doctors and they let me down. That’s why I do not go to this hospital anymore. If anyone wants to know the name of the doctor that almost killed the kitten please contact me.

Boulevard Animal Hospital has been treating our family of beloved pets for over 20 years. They treat us like family and I am in awe of their kindness, compassion and professionalism. They deserve my loyalty and patience during this difficult time. We are thinking of you all.

I would not recomend Dr.Brad to anyone. He misdiagnosed my dog. I am really dissapointed and upset. Whatever he says you need to go for a second opinion.

You call and you never get a call back. They lost a great vet alittle while ago and since she left it has turned alittle unreliable here.

This has been the most pleasant experience of my many years of seeking vet care for my animals. Dr Brett and Kelly and the rest of the staff have been really awesome. I appreciate that he doesn't sell and he is absolutely doing this because he loves it and it shows. He has a really positive attitude and a wonderful demeanor and it's quite pleasant coming here, even when it's time to pay the bill :) They will always have me and my cats and dog as a customer

I give it a 3 star due to the services provided maybe 2yrs ago I’m disappointed by this location after I been taking my sweet Diamond for a few yrs and back in 02-22-21 my baby wasn’t feeling well I called for an emergency appt and I was told they didn’t have anything for the next 2 weeks my baby died February 22 I should of Been given an appt she Was a regular patient and no Accommodations was made will never come back there RIP my sweet Diamond ????❤️????

The hospital, and in particular Drs. Nikki and Jill, have been very understanding about my cat, who was born in a feral colony and remains terrified of nearly everyone.

Dr. Brett and Dr.Jill are the only veterinarians I trust with my dogs, I moved two hours away and still come back for all my dogs appointments with them. This past Saturday I had an appointment for my one dog and I messed up the dates. They took me right away and gave my dog the appointment regardless of my mistake. Dr. Brett was very attentive and went out of his way to keep me consistently in the loop of what they were doing with my dog since COVID and the preventative of spread we can not go into the office, but he made sure to inform me every step of the way. I trust them like family, and would highly recommend them.

I’ve taken my 5 year old pug here twice and the service has been fine. However, I got a puppy recently and asked the receptionist if there were any available appointments within 10 days, if not I may just have to try and get the puppy looked at elsewhere for the initial visit. (I understand this may not be possible with COVID restrictions that’s why I was just inquiring). She laughed, and said “HA, good luck with that.” Pretty sure there were other ways she could have responded to that question. A good doctor is nothing when your staff can’t answer a simple question with respect.
