Great experience took good care of my animal very friendly

New in town; brought my young cat with urinary problem in. Same day service, friendly, gentle and excellent service. I have found my vet service in a new town.

Dr. Kelly spent a lot of time with Tanner. Left feeling she listened to me and felt comfortable with her instructions. She even asked about my Doby who’s whereabouts I lost over 3 years ago. Love Foothills!

This practice is amazing and collectively helped us through a difficult kitty situation. The staff was responsive, helpful and got us in quickly. The vet was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate; she explained all the possible options and provided much needed support. Thank you for your exceptional care of animals and their humans.

I love this Veterinarian, they take the time to explain everything going on. They also treat your animals like they are their own family pets. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

Dr. Booth is great. She takes her time and answers questions. They are much more affordable than some other local vets but the quality of care is at or above the same level. She operated on my sweet GSD October 4th and he's doing great!

I just moved to the area and hadn't established with a vet yet and I had to put down my elder dog put down. They were very understanding and compassionate.. The only thing that would have been nice was a soft candle lit her when I walked out.

So much positive to say, I am not sure where to start. I had an emergency with my elderly female Doberman and was calling all over the county trying to get someone to see my baby. All the other vets, wouldn't or couldn't help me. I left a message with Foothills and within minutes had both a text message and a phone call. They went above and beyond trying to squeeze my baby girl in right away. After it was all said and done, Dr. Booth is wonderful, and professional doctor with lots of empathy. She was there for both my dogs. She is currently helping my Doberman and I through her bought with cancer. Her eyes are focused directly on my girls comfort level. I trust Dr. Booth 100% with my dogs comfort and quality of life. I am not sure where I would have been without her. Thank You, Dr. Booth and everyone that works at Foothills Animal Clinic.

I been taking my animals to this vet around eight years or more never have a not shown up for an appointment I’ve always canceled if I needed to cancel. one time I forget to call and cancel because of a family emergency and they want to charge me $37 for the appointment, Where has the compassion gone in people.They would rather risk losing my business altogether over $37

Foothills animal clinic is top notch. I have been using them for about 6 months for my fur babie Yonv. Everything from his puppy shots to getting him fixed. Every time I call or visit their office I am greeted with kindness. When you see the staff and talk to them you can tell that they care for the animal's that are brought in for care. I recommend them 100%!!

All ways good, service is good but I wish it was a little cleaner

They are very caring and was very accommodating in getting my new kitten in an emergency (to me anyway). They are awesome! They took care of the immediate issue very quickly and Daisy is back with her brother and taking him down! Also the prices are very reasonable.

Always wonderful with buttercup! Also, with her overprotective, worrying owner.

Always take good care of my pets. Appts are usually in a timely manner and very prompt.

Very Wonderful Customer Service! Is A Very Awesome Place To Take Your Fur Babies To See The Vet!

Had to have my 12 yr old cat put down after their misdiagnosis of Vestibular Disease instead of (what I thought) a Stroke. She also had a tumor in her ear but waant the cause of her unstableness after being giving Dog Only Antibiotics which I questioned but was told was ok to use. I assumed (which was wrong) that my cat would be in a plastic bag and a nice rectangular white box w lid like was done few yrs before! She was brought out in a 12" x 12" x 12" cardboard box! This was a 15 lb cat!!!! And yes she was "stuffed" in there!! I was upset already so I wasnt thinking properly to say anything then. I called shortly after and asked if she was in a plastic bag and told YES she was! I also asked why the nice white box wasnt used? The assistant didnt know. So bc we made the hole to fit the rectangular box this square box wasnt going to work. So my husband suggested we put her in ground in plastic only as we have done w others that had passed at home. He went to remove her and she wasnt even in a plastic bag!!!! So I called to complain!! Well few days later I got a letter stating bc they couldnt keep me happy I was discharged as a patient! I have 14 other pets!!! Their loss! I wont go to a vet office that doesnt care or have any compassion for my pet! Think twice people!

Exceptional, compassionate care! My dog has had a chronic ear infection for years. I changed to Foothills a month ago. Dr. Kelly has not only found the problem BUT successfully treated it. I can not say enough about the exceptional care provided.

My first experience with Foothills was a few weeks ago, unfortunately after my Luna got hit by a car. It was around 4:30pm and most of the other local clinics turned me away because they were closing soon like helping my dog was just too much an inconvenience. Foothills did not treat us this way. I was warned of a small emergency fee and told to bring her in. I was greeted at the door with courtesy, understanding and a genuine desire to help my little girl. She is now happy, healthy and recoving fully back to her normal self. Thank you Foothills I wont be taking my animals anywhere else.

My dog had a 10:00 am appointment an they came out little after that an explained to me what they were gonna do, an brought her back out while waiting on her HW test, I'll definitely bring my dogs back to this vet

The doc did great for my sweet little man Dan. He would not have lived if Foothills Animal clinic was closed... but thanks to the doc and stuff for the GREAT job on my babies ???? ???? ❤ I will recommend foothill Animal clinic to family & friend's ...
