We absolutely love the veterinary staff at this hospital. They take amazing care of our two cats and are very well priced. Our boy Toby needed a teeth cleaning and because things went so smoothly and quickly the bill was reduced due to the smaller amount of care needed. We have and will continue to recommend them to all our friends with pets.

Everyone there was wonderful. We had an emergency with our little dog and our regular vet was closed due to the holiday. We went in without an appt and they made time to help us in between appts. Above and beyond service and very caring dr and staff.

I needed to have my kitty put down before Christmas because she was going downhill so fast, and these guys got me in very quickly and were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so sweet and caring, they took amazing care of my kitty during the whole process and it was absolutely perfect.

Great staff, on time, very friendly and professional and most important took excellent care of my 2 cats. Spent time with any concerns I had and gave me excellent advice. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I’ve been looking for a permanent vet in RH since I moved here and have been unimpressed with most places I go. River’s Edge is awesome, though, and will be my go-to from now on. The reception, techs, and doctors are all extremely friendly and easy to work with, appointments are on time, and the facility is beautiful and extremely clean. I’ve had my cat, Felix, in for a routine visit as well as dental surgery and I am beyond pleased with both experiences. Felix loves the team there and you can tell they truly care about your pet.

Wonderful people who provided exceptional end of life care to our dog Milo as we made the very difficult decision to put him down. The facilities are very clean, services are affordable, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Was told 1 price on the phone and it was much more expensive when I went for pick up. Was 2 times more expensive for the same procedure at this place then the last place I had it done. Place is clean though.

We moved right around the corner from Rivers Edge and were looking for a more local vet hospital for our pup. This is a super clean, professional office and they coincidentally employed one of our favorite techs from our original vet hospital near our old house so for us that was a sign this is a great place to take your furbabies! Our dog loves coming here

Don't drive here run here! This place was amazing with our senior kitty. After visiting another vet in town and getting turned away after kitty got worse these ladies bought her back to life. I seriously thought it was the end for sweet 16 year old Chloe. Nope! She has a few good years left. Thank you River's Edge!

First time here and felt as if we were the only important patients there. Took so much time , thoroughly examined our puppy and made sure the experience was good for both of us. This level of care doesn’t exist anymore. So happy to have found this practice.

Absolutely amazing experience. The receptionists made me feel so welcome, the vet tech explained everything and showed true concern for my pet. The veterinarian is top-notch, extremely knowledgeable- I felt completely at ease knowing they were caring for my pet. All prices and procedures are discussed upfront. So thankful to find them

Very disappointed with this Hospital. All about taking in new clients because they are new. We called and told them our dog is not 100% and needed dental care and maybe a dental procedure since Banfield can't do any dental procedure. They told us to bring our pet in and they will take her in as a New Patient and check her. Nobody told us during this phone conversation that their dental equipment is not set up yet and they are not ready for any dental care and procedure. We brought our pet to the clinic, gave us antibiotic and steroid that is good for 10 days. Before the meds will be all gone, we called to make appointment for her procedure, only to be told their dental equipment is not setup and that they are waiting for it to arrive. They were NOT being up front and TRANSPARENT with this. I am upset because our pet is in pain now. So many Veterinary Clinic/Hospital in the Rock Hill and Fort Mill area I could have taken my pet to, that can address her dental care right now, had they told us they are NOT set up for dental care and procedure yet. I asked for a refund. They told me they will refund $15 out of $71 I paid for that initial visit. I have yet to see that on my statement. Not about the money though , this is about their lack of transparency and about wasting our time waiting for their equipment while my pet needed the care. UPDATE 7/5/21- I did received the $15 refund, thank you. And only because I asked for it. It's not something they will offer. They did offered for us to bring our baby in again ( as their response to my initial review) happy to check her AGAIN and will be happy to make me pay AGAIN for services other than what we need , because what we need , they cannot deliver because oh wait, their equipment is still NOT there! Businesses these days are so eager to blame the pandemic for just about everything. This is NOT about equipment manufacturing delays brought about by the pandemic. This is about FAILURE TO DISCLOSE that their dental services and equipment is not set up and ready, knowing fully well that is what we needed for our baby. This is about their LACK OF TRANSPARENCY. I will be EXTRA CAUTIOUS in giving them the care of my pet. If they were not transparent with their equipment capability when we called them and discussed with them about our pet needs the first time, I will NOT TRUST them to be transparent about anything else.

I left the groomer with a screaming cat. Apparently she had a pain response during the grooming session ( no fault of the groomer). I’m from out of town, was bringing my animals to my mom to have her pet sit, and have no established vet in Rock Hill. I passed Rivers Edge vet hospital and called them. They got my fur baby right in and took excellent care of her. They even cleaned up the hair cut we had to stop due to her being in pain. I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

My cat has been having to go to the very every 1-3 and the original doctor never was able to tell us why she was getting sick. This doctor here saw her for the first time looked at her history and was able to tell us what was wrong and where to go from there. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

They are fabulous from the minute I called for an appointment to leaving the appointment. They were so kind and patient with my cat as she was so scared. Love this new practice and recommend them to everyone that has pet they love and want excellent care.

We had an emergency with our puppy and rush him over to River's Edge. The staff and Dr. Olson were incredibly accommodating and gracious in how they treated our pup and my young daughter. I left very impressed by their level of service and how much they cared. It's great to have them as a resource in Rock Hill.

I was told my cat was only their second patient... they just opened today. Everything flowed very smoothly. I walked in and my cat and I were immediately taken to a room... saw the vet very quickly after an initial inspection. He got his medicine quickly and painlessly. They did a great job of making sure he was comfortable. Very professional and friendly! I hope the practice remains this way. I will be returning for any future incidents and well checks!
