Ebenezer Animal Hospital Rock Hill, South Carolina

My daughter and I and 2 other people, Juan and Georgette Otero found a severely wounded cat on a road in Lake Wylie and brought him here to see what could be done. Unfortunately he had to be euthanized due to the severity of his injuries. The staff here were wonderful and didn’t even charge us. You don’t see that very often!!

We have been customers for over 20 years. Just called because one of our cats is sick. We were told that they could not see the cat and referred us to another vet. We will be looking for a new vet. Very disappointed! David Coone

Personnel were very professional, courteous and accommodating for the same day when called. Safety protocols in place, met us outside, called when exam was over and brought our dog outside, while we waited in the car. If the need should arise, will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star. From my experience I would give them negative Stars and at least 10 I cannot recommend this place don't go there customer service unheard of rude staff!!!

Appointment went fast and easy. Still not letting people inside, but the wait outside was quick.

When we had to get our cat put down, they were so friendly and helpful. They have a private room with a couch and dog/cat bed and you can spend as much time as you need saying goodbye. They explain the whole process and ask your preferences on how you'd like it done. And they do a cute little paw print plaque with the name on it for you. So grateful to them!

My cats love this vet. They're older and they are well taken care of.

We have used the vet for many years for our dog. For a while now she has not been in the best health. The vet we were using recently left the practice so we were working with a new doctor. She has been very responsive to our needs as our pet was in failing health. We were away on vacation this week and our dog took a turn for the worse. We knew she was at at the end of her life. We called the vet to see if we could get her in on Saturday. They told us that they did not have anything open. They gave us other places to go that could help us. On Saturday we called to see if there was an opening and there was at 8:30 in the morning. We were three and a half hours away. Again there was nothing that they could do for us. Pretty sad on their part. After using this vet for years, my dog is dying and there isn't anything they could do for us. We ended up going to another vet in Fort Mill who was very accommodating for us and the end of our pets life. Shame on Ebenezer, we would never use them again or recommend them!

This has been our to go place for the last 2 years . I have of the largest great pyrenees , so I needed a professional that knows how to take care of larger dogs. Blue and Marley now board here , groom here ,and get shots here as well. The people here are nice and friendly and are very professional. Great place

I decided to switch my pups over to Ebenezer per many recommendations. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. They were able to offer quotes (which is why I switched from their previous vet). And I really like that they offer an online portal to have their medicines shipped to the house. I'm glad we switched to Ebenezer! Update: we recently had our pups boarded for a week with Ebenezer Camp. Everyone was so nice and they didn’t mind me calling and asking how they were doing. One of our babies had extreme separation anxiety so they made sure she was comfortable and kept our two together as often as possible for comfort. I would 10/10 use them again for boarding. Also when we had Lizzie spayed at Ebenezer she healed so much faster than our girl Murph who had her procedure done elsewhere.

Very nice people, they have always great with my animals and done their best to ensure that they’re happy and healthy. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

After looking for the right vet for years, we are so glad we found Ebenezer! Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, and the doctors have been nothing but wonderful and professional. Over the years, we've lost two pets and their passings were handled with such empathy and kindness. With regular checkups, each pet has always been treated as if it were their own, gently and full of praise and compliments! Even though it's quite a drive for us, we will continue to come here for as long as we have pets.

We appreciate the tender and knowledgeable care that our rescued feline family receive at Ebenezer !! Our cats have been (sort of) very happy to come see their doctors and receive the best care possible!! It will be good for us humans when we can finally come in for checking in our furry children!! Curve drop off and pick up just isn’t the same!! Thank you!!

This is the only Vet our dogs love to go visit - share kisses - go behind the counter and say hello to everyone working there. In the past we had to half drag the dogs to go inside but at Ebenezer they can't wait to get inside and say hello to all their friends. The care is fun the charts - prices reasonable for beyond expert treatment and the dogs love everyone. Truly the best Vet we've ever had.

Incredible people here.????. Always impressed with the attention they give to our pets and listen to us about our concerns and questions. Tyler helped Batman last night, and he was awesome as always. Tyler and Thomas always help with Batman, and we know Batman can show some cujo- ism. We are thankful for the wonderful staff, and all their help. Thank you ❣️❣️

I initially called on Monday looking for an appointment for our very sick old buddy. They could not see him until Friday but immediately did their best to get him in sooner. They were able to see him Tuesday night. It didn't go well and we said goodbye to our first baby that night. They did this with all the love and compassion that you could possibly ask for. They do a fantastic job and all of the vets and techs seem to be passionate about taking care of our fur babies.

New puppy first time visit. Everyone was gentle and made her first vet experience very positive. First visit and exam for a 10 week old pup was a very good experience and she learned that going to Ebenezer Animal Hospital is a good time! Thank You!

My Sophie can be very difficult to handle, but she always gets well taken care of at Ebenezer Animal Hospital. Whether for boarding or medical care, I know I can depend on them

Wonderful Vet-everyone that works there is so very kind, welcoming and helpful. They made our visit last week so much better-as it's very difficult to deal with the loss of your beloved pet (baby). So much compassion they have for pets and their owners. Many thanks go out to Dr. Springate for all of her patience and help through the hardest/rough patches for our family.

Have been taking my dogs and cats here since they were young and have received great care every single time. From normal visits to sick visits to surgeries they have put my animals first. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Hriez is the best. And the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Always able to accommodate my busy work schedule.
