This vet is the best. They are very throughout, caring and always follow up. Not expensive either. Sent me a sympathy card for the loss of my pet. It’s the little things.

Took my cat in for a UTI, they gave her rabies vaccine and convenia. Sent her home the same day and in less than two hours she died. The doctor that treated her didn't even call me back, another doctor talked to me with little to no real explanation. I won't ever take my other pets there again. Our family is heartbroken.

Updated review. As of late was having customer service issues but is only due to the fact that the Doctor is in high demand. She called me on her day off to discuss my issues. I love her and she really is the best. Her team is overworked and I'm sure things will get better. Don't judge her based in her team. She really does care for the animals.

Will never take my dog here again! I was charged $150 for a broken off nail! So they literally trimmed his nail cut that broken one and gave him his rabies shot- $150! Ridiculous. Never again. Not to mention, since receiving the five year rabies shot his hair is falling out!

We used to love this veterinary office, and in fact, were one of Dr. LePardo's first clients when she opened her practice in Rock Hill. We referred many people to her. Although we still love her as a veterinarian, it seems like their office needs to take a serious look at their booking policies. This is the 2nd time I've called about a sick pet and they had no appointments available. I can understand that there is one doctor (although there used to be another doctor there), but I really think a disservice is being done to a regular client by not allowing for a block of sick visits and/or forcing that client to use an emergency vet at 3x the cost. Maybe time to research new veterinary hospitals.

Don’t talk to Sheryl. I was put on hold twice, hung up on twice and then on my third call and finally when asked what I was coming in for I wasn’t finished with my sentence and she told me “gotta be little more specific” in a rude tone. I just hung up. Not wasting my time with unprofessional, rude workers.

Dr Lepardo is one of the most caring and kind Vets! She cared for my Anni with the highest level of care even at the end of Anni's time. We are thankfful to have here as our Vet. Thank you for the Paw Print and kind words written on the Card. Anni will be missed by us and her sisters ❤

They are wonderful! They are so good with the animals and my dogs love them. Very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't take my pups anywhere else.

By far the most pleasant experience I have ever had taking my dog to a vet. All of the staff (and doctor) was informative, patient, caring and just down right nice. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Doctor Lapardo and her staff always go above and beyond. They care for your animals as if they are their own. Because in a way they are. They know our family by name, and our animals have been in in their care for many years. They are compassionate and understanding, and always willing to answer our questions and address our concerns. The cost is always fair and she doesn’t price gouge you. Her first priority is providing excellent service and compassionate care to your beloved pet. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a Vet and staff that goes above and beyond and genuinely cares, to visit her office.

Dr. Lapardo, is wonderful she has worked with my dog for 11 years. He looks and feels great even at his age. She even introduced me to another pup who fits right into the family. They are TRUly great people here. Great place to bring your pet.

I’ve been to many vets.... This one is beyond a 5Star staff and service. You can tell they care so much about the four legged kids!! I never got a follow up phone call the next day after service until going to Central Carolina Vet!! You are the BEST VET EVER!!! Thank you for taking such good care of our Lucy and Winnie!!

I have taken my furbabies to different vets over the years, but I have never been anywhere where I was called the next day to check on how my cat or dog was doing. The staff up front are always friendly and courteous. Both Dr. Lepardo and Dr. McGarry are excellent. They discovered what was wrong with my dog when another vet didn't. They enabled us to go in the back door because he didn't do well with other dogs. They were wonderful when we had to put Beau down. They sent a card and his paw print. Disregard the negative review. It is common knowledge you must give 24 hours for medication.

Recently started taking one of our puppies here. We have been 3 times so far and every time I have been impressed. The staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable. Priced fair. And very clean.

It was a sad day last week when my 18 yr Ragdoll cat, Hunter, had to go home to Heaven. However, Dr. LePardo and her staff were so kind and loving to Hunter and me, I'll never forget their caring! The sympathy card and paw print were so lovely to receive, too. Thank you .<3

Had a wonderful visit! Our dog is really nervous, anxious, and scared of new people due to puppy abuse before we rescued him. The staff did so wonderful in taking care of him and making sure he had a great visit. They were very patient and took things nice and slow. They are also very reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I visited this vet this morning with my 2 crazy pups. I have never been to a vet that cares so much about your pets. All of the staff was SO SO friendly and nice to both of my babies. They took all the time they needed and were in no rush to push us out the door. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet to anyone!

Until now, I've never been to a vet that cared for my dogs as much as I do. I went to another vet earlier in the morning, but they only cared about my payment method before they even looked over the counter at my dog.
