Brand New customer. I had an appointment today at 4pm . Cancelled my appointment. I don't care for rude office staff. I would recommend finding a real vet with great office staff. This seems to be lacking here.Aww look they made a response cause I made it public! No I won't get in touch with them. It's 7:10 and they should have addressed the issues at 4pm not when I make it public . You have my phone number ask your office staff .Ask the man with the dark black hair a little heavy . Why the 4pm left .

We love love this place and the staff is efficient very wonderful with all the pets. The doctors are absolutely awesome and the rest of the staff are magnificent and so friendly as well as helpful and kind they take their time very patiently with each family and our babies large,medium and small. Thanks Banfield your the best!!

The staff at Banfield is INCREDIBLE. They are so kind and explain everything clearly to me after my dogs appointments. My dog actually likes going to the vet and isn't scared because they give him so much love.

Fast and friendly service, reasonable rates. Love the face to face interaction with the vet. The app makes it real easy to keep up with your pets care.

Echo almost never lets a stranger touch her. She walked up to the girls wanting scratches and love. I knew that very moment i had found my new vet hospital for both my babies.

Rock Hill Banfield is the 3rd Banfield my dog has gone to in her life, and their customer service is fantastic. All of the employees know my dog when they see her, and it's such a special feeling knowing they're definitely going to take care of her.

They got me in the same day. Everyone there was amazing, my dog is animal aggressive. Amanda came out to get him & brought him in the room while they checked me in. They cleaned his ears out, gave him his meds & everyone took great care of him. Definitely worth the hour drive!

I go back and forth a lot from this Rock Hill, SC location to the Matthew's, NC location. My pets and myself are ALWAYS pleased when we are leaving

I live a mile away from this PetSmart Bandfield Hospital. The PetSmart employees are very rude and disrespectful. The food that I buy for my dog was not in stock, and I asked an employee, the individual just waived at me and told me that he was busy. Another lady, did not even looked at me... The Bandfield nurse apologize but make the mistake if patronize me. Switching back to Pineville...

This Is the second problem I’ve had out of banfield. They claim that your dog has a year to revive flea medication when you get the initial visit but today I was told it was 6 months out of no where. They also take weeks to approve medication from chewy even though they say you are approved when you’re in office. This is THE WORST vet Comapny I have ever been to. Please save your money and go to THRIVE in Indian land.

I was shorted a month supply of his monthly deworming, and I've mentioned it twice and it was never addressed I've used them in the past with a couple of other dogs and was never really impressed with them but I stuck with them why I'm not sure

My husband and I live in a motorhome full time so we travel around fairly frequently. Our dogs happened to need comprehensive exams while we were in Rock Hill, SC, and I’m happy they did because this Banfield was great and its staff was very kind and helpful. The vet was super thorough, understanding, and informative while detailing our dogs’ visits, medications and next steps. We’ve been Banfield members on and off for several years and this experience ranks among one of the best. Thanks for taking care of our pups!
