Very messy unorganized store! Got dog treats for my dog’s birthday and she and another dog got sick. What a waste of money! Won’t go back. Employee (female) super nice.

I take Cam here a lot he loves to just walk around and pick himself out a treat or a sweater lol

Cool place to see animals

Honestly.. the store was nice and the employees were very nice and helpful... but the prices are ridiculous!!.. I don't think I will be going back for any dog supplies anymore. Sorry... other than that.. the store was nice.

Customer service was awesome a young lady named Allison deserves a pat on the back.

I come in here at least once a week with my son, he loves looking at the animals. The store is usually stocked, the associates are very kind and the animals are well taken care of

Comparable to PetSmart with maybe a little better prices. You can find most whatever you need for your pets here.

Have only been here once, but they were very friendly and had my online order ready very quickly :)

Fast friendly just a little more than I'm used to spending

Finally got the fresh dog I feed. Dog is 17yrs.

Thank you to a staff member in the aquatics department, a young man, Andrew I think. I told him about having a fish that was supposed to be in a schooling group but he ate the other 5 fish from the same tank and did so again with the same type of fish. Was told that for guppies this was uncommon and suggested that I look at another species of fish and so far its been one week and things are okay! :)

Best vet ever and very affordable

The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was super friendly!

The “all gender” bathroom was similar to Mumbai India conditions in terms of cleanliness. Heath inspector should be called ASAP.

Curbside pick up as a joke. Twice I’ve tried it. Both times I end up having to go inside after waiting over 20 minutes. Last time they were rude to me when I went in. Staff is very unorganized.

Went to Banfield Pet Hospital. Should add a few more services for the price of the Wellness Plans. Want to add a companion pet for my aging Yorkie but care is expensive. So many pets are being abandoned due to care cost. Care and wellness plans should be discounted as a service to the community to keep the animals or euthanasia should be free.

I always like going to this store. The employees are professional. Always willing to please the customer.

Dog grooming department is top notch with reasonable prices and friendly staff.

I have dropped so much money here and I love this place. Local to me for pet supplies and they have what I need in stock 9 times out of 10. If you are in the Indian land area this is the place to go for small animals, fish, and reptiles.

Most of the employees are really nice and helpful. Some of the animals there look sick though :( Walked by the grooming station and an employee named Joy was yelling at the dog she was grooming and yanking the collar. Yikes

Find most of things you need for your pet

You have to look for employees to help you. Happens everytime. They always have cleaning supplies in the animal section and no signs for water on the floor.

I had several little bad experiences here, but never enough to leave a bad review. Things like: I have points or discount in my account and the cashier is unable to find the discount on their system and therefore I can’t use it; not having a person available to help me on the checkout or the grooming services; nobody picking up the phone the few times I tried to call; But today what happened made me so mad because it shows how little they care for their clients. For some express services on the grooming such as trimming nails they have a sign that says NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. I got in there to get my dog’s nail trim, and after wait around 15 min cause there was nobody around, one of the employees come to me and tell me there is only one groomer over there and she is busy with another dog and should be available within one hour. Then another person that was with her (I think it was a vet or groomer but she said she wasn’t working at the time) said it’s best if I make an appointment (like they ever pick up any phone call there). I told her then you should remove this sign since there’s nothing express about wait one hour for a nail trim that literally takes less than 5 min. She told me sometimes they get busy/short staffed and I should make an appointment regardless. Why does the sign says no appointment need then? (I thought I could attach the sign picture here but turns out I can’t). She was very rude and totally dismissive of me and my time so I left and was able to get my dog nails trimmed at PetSmart. This is a reminder to never go back there.

Fairly well stocked ....i needed a few aquarium supplies found what i needed except for fish ! Very few to choose from .

In my opinion the best place to get pet food and services I have food in a long time
