Five Points Pet Resort Raeford, South Carolina

I have boarded my 2 large breed dogs there twice, and have had exceptional service both times. They truly care for the animals, and pay attention to their needs. The employees are friendly, and I feel good about leaving my pets there.

Home away from home for my Redd! He love it there with the staff! It's a family environment your special pet will enjoy! Highly recommended for short or long stay and I do both. First class operation, extremely professional service from the moment you walk through the door! I received a daily report card on all his activities and behavior from each handler during his stay. Awesome!!!!

Happy Puppy. With the nature walks and social time our pup was basically at summer camp for a week. I’ll get her groomed next time, she tends to get dirty during play and she played A LOT during her stay here.

My dogs have never been so happy! I had three dogs board with Five Points over the holidays, they ate well, had play time and walks and came home happy as ever! We’ve used other boarders before and my dogs have eaten less and clearly not enjoyed their time away from us as much. The staff at Five Points touched base with us during their stay and was very attentive and invested in the care of our dogs. We would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their animals like family!

I just moved from out of state and had always used the same groomer since I’ve had dogs. I was so happy and impressed with the warmth and welcome that we received I would definitely recommend Five Points.

I’ve been going to Five Points Pet Resort Raeford from almost when Candace opened her business after we arrived from Washington state in late 2005! I have recommended them to anyone who talked to me about dog grooming or boarding. It’s been some time since I had to board any of my fur babies but I wouldn’t take my Shih Tzu’s, Coco & Gunny, anywhere else for grooming! And my beagle, Scarlett, was just there today for her bath, nails & such & she is looking so pretty! Love all of you, Candace, Jessica, Jasmine ……

We have boarded our little Scrappy Doo at Five Point Pet Resort several times. Each time we have been very pleased with the service we received. All staff members are very professional. From available Webcams, to sending pictures to my cell phone while we are away I feel our fur baby is safe and all his needs are met. Five Points is actually out of the way (travel wise) when boarding our pet but, as a family we feel comfortable with their service and they will always be our first call when we are away.

THE best place to leave your pet when you go out of town or if you just want to bring your dog over for a play date.

Our Susie seemed to be happy when she was brought to us to go home. We were shown the facility and everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they did.

They are great took care of my cats for 2 months you can not find a better place to board your animals they will give them the care and attention your animals need I will always use 5 points for boarding my animals

I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog here for thanksgiving. The staff were so professional and friendly throughout the process. I was nervous leaving my dog as he not comfortable at boarding facilities. However, Becca and the staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable. I even saw them sitting on his bed and petting him on the webcam. I was so impressed and would definitely recommend this place for boarding!

I can never say enough good things about Five Points Pet Resort in Raeford!! First, we are so fortunate to have a place like this in Raeford, but with the 5 Star treatment they give the animals, along with the 5 Star accommodations, this beautiful place is just a real blessing for Hoke Co. and beyond! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they truly treat their guests like they were their own personal pets! Candace and Billy Brock have such a professional award winning business, and the accolades that Five Points Pet Resort has received are much deserved!!

The staff was fantastic. You know they really care about the animals. I have boarded my dog elsewhere. She comes home traumatized. At the resort, she came out tail wagging and happy. I don’t think she wanted to go home. She wanted to stay with her new friends. If you love your pet, this where you take them.

Left my old and blind dog there. She had a good bath and stayed 2 nights. She came out very happy. I love that you can tailor your pets stay to the way you like. They offer quite a few add ons. Will continue to use them for all my boarding needs.

I was not told my dog had been cut on both of his ears. I found out when I came home and he wouldn't stop whimpering. Had I been told, I would have understood. But to have the ears cleaned just before I arrived...as if I was not going to notice. Wrong approach

Went great! Done sooner with the grooming than promised. My dog is always happy at Five Points grooming or boarding.

Took my dog here for a 2 week stay. I was worried since this was the first time boarding him, but the staff was fantastic. Every time I called to check up on him the staff would give me a detailed report on his day, how his behavior has been, and the condition of his leg! Such a wonderful and caring staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to board there furry friend.

Great place to take ur cat, dog or bird. I clean the fishtank at this place, and every1 is always super nice. Would recommend to any1.

Very much enjoy boarding at 5 Points. I like that my dog’s file was easily found by the staff at each location, and the Raeford location gave me a report card for each day my dog stayed. Definitely trust this service!
