Four Paws Dog Retreat Pineville, South Carolina

We have checked out several boarding places and felt the most comfortable at Four Paws. The staff really seems to care about our dog even though we only board occasionally. The facilities provide lots of space for our dog to play. They have large comfortable "apartments" for the dogs at night so they are not just in cages. We recommend Four Paws to everyone we know.

I personally work here and every single dog is given love and affection. Honestly the best place I have worked and have ever brought my dog to. Highly highly recommend you bring your furry friend or friends here!!

I’ve been bringing my boxer here for the past year or so, and I have nothing but good things to say about Four Paws. Whether Brody gets dropped off for one day or 7 days… he’s always so excited to go! Leslie, David, and the rest of the staff are really wonderful people. Always at ease leaving my dog here knowing he’s in such great care.

I am so happy we found four paws. Our puppy just spend 9 nights there and had the best time. Everyone was friendly and I know he was well taken care of. I love that the dogs spend a majority of their time out playing. Definitely recommend!

We just moved from central Florida area where our sweet Kona (pit bull mix) attended daycare weekly. We chose Four Paws to board and do daycare with Kona while we got the movers situated and moving. She did great! Leslie and Amy (I think) gave is updates and made us feel at ease. Then to boot!!! Their prices are super reasonable! Kona will be a regular for sure at daycare. Thank you to all!

Four paws is a wonderful dog facility. All the employees care so much about your dog. They post pics of your dog on Facebook which is great!

Moogies first day was yesterday and she loved it! The staff was so friendly and caring. You could tell they loved their job. Building is a bit on the older side, but clean. Moogie came home happy and tired. We cannot wait for her next trip to daycare!

Went there for 8 months then all of a sudden problems started. Dog came home with hives all over the belly and was told there were incidents with my dog starting fights by the owner but the staff said it wasn't always his fault. We took time off and eased back into it. Then I was called and told he is done. What a horrible way to deal with an issue and probably one of the most grateful customers you ever had. Problems can be solved if people work together and try to figure things out. Very hurtful way to treat a customer and a dog who only recently had issues. By the way another dog that caused several stitches in another dogs ear still goes there. That's safe?

Great daycare prices ($30) and my dog comes home tired out and happy every time. Only downside is that if you don't order a bath, your dog will likely be returned dirty/slobbery/wet due to the small pools they have in their play area

You can tell this place is quality when your dog is super stoked to trot through the doors and run right to the back to play. The staff are awesome and are invested in providing quality care and safety for your fur babies. Thank you for putting us at ease when we reluctantly need to leave our cranky, rambunctious pit bull for an out of town holiday or trip. We appreciate you!

Leslie and the staff really go above and beyond to make sure you feel like family here :) my GSD/Collie Kona loves Four Paws more than any other daycare in the city. I can’t tell you how many times these folks have helped us out last minute! I was so upset when we moved to a different side of town. We can’t take Kona here every day any more, but we still do occasionally just because she loves it so much! Four Paws will always be our dog’s boarding facility when go out of town. Plus, their teacher discount is the best in Charlotte, hands down! We pay $180 more for Lucky Dog’s 20 day package than monthly unlimited here. Can’t recommend these people enough! Thanks for making Kona happy, Four Paws♥️

We are new here in Charlotte and I really love the ladies that work here. My pit likes coming here and he is a shy boy. I'm a very protective mom and searched all around the area for a day care for my boy, I am very pleased with this place.

Our dog loves it here, and they treat your dogs right. We hated Dogtopia because our dog was left in a kennel 1/2 the day when we left her, not here!

4 Paws staff were kind, informative and caring. Our dog had a wonderful experience.

I love this place. My lil dog bolts down the hall to get to the back and play with the dogs so I know he's happy and loves it here.

Can I please give this place 20 stars? These people do an amazing job and take care of your fur babies. I was nervous for leaving mine for 11 days and everything went great! Great prices and people. Highly recommend.

Day and overnight dog boarding. My dog was happy when I pick her up. Boarding prices affordable and place is clean.

We had to board our puppies unexpectedly for 2 nights. When we got the tour the place smelled really bad like urine and feces. The one suite they showed us was a concrete slab which had previous stains and smelled awful. When i picked them up they smelled so bad we had to go straight to get them baths. Then they also both came home with kennel cough and our vet mentioned it's common when the facilities are not clean. They did keep my puppies fed and alive though.

Such a great day they make for the dogs. Keep them tired by playing all day and giving them lots of attention. There's a great teacher discount!
