My dog loves going here. He likes the indoor/outdoor option. We followed Allison here. She is amazing and I can’t wait to see the great things she does. My dog, Tito loves the staff and Allison so much!

Allison and staff are top notch!

My two dogs love the open outside fences area to fun around in. It's huge! Plenty of room to run around in it just lay there and sun bathe (we have one of each)! This location is under new management and what a wonderful manager they are! I don't mind excusing their construction when they have plans to make this a resort for my pets. Ask the manager; she is excited and loves sharing her plans. They took Christmas photos! Everyone I've met is kind, helpful, and attentive. Can't image taking ours anywhere else!

I ended up with an extra vet bill after picking my dogs up from this facility. A pretty large bill at that. Both of my dogs had excoriated chests/abdomens. As if they were lying in their own urine. Also, my one dog smelled of urine so bad and had urine stains down his leg, and what looked like old blood stains on his hip area. This was after a “complimentary” bath as well. I honestly don’t like to write reviews, but this broke my heart. When I called, I felt like I was just being lied to to cover up the neglect that took place. I personally do not recommend this facility.

Wonderful boarding experience, I have brought my Morty here for a few years. The caretakers actually CARE!

When this facility was run by Dave/Continental boarding it was awesome.. since new management has taken over this place sucks...Oh well.. Pet Paradise here we come..

They always do a great job with our dog. We send him there for daycare and board him there!

My two aussies have stayed here probably 6-8 times since I moved to Charlotte last year. They are a special bunch but over time they have warmed up to the staff and they are always well taken care of. A comfortable place to leave your little loved ones when you cant bring them!

Our dog loves it here. He hates people, but not at Continental. I was lucky to find this place. The staff is always friendly and they go the extra mile. We couldn't be happier with Continental Boarding!

They are supposed to have kennel staff supervising animals 24/7, yet will not accept a dog at 1 pm on a Saturday that has a reservation in advance claiming that "corporate policy" only allows Saturday intake between 9 am - 12 pm OR wait until Monday. It doesn't matter that the dogs have been driven 2,800 miles to arrive during business hours and that it would be impossible for the pet transporters to have to wait 36 hours to deliver. (We have other dogs to get home, and we'd like to get home too!). The staff should be HUMANE versus blinded by corporate policy. Shame... pet service should be about service.

We have used Continental several times for short and long term boarding. Pickup and drop off is quick and easy. We typically opt to have the dogs bathed and groomed at the end of their stay so they come home to us fresh and clean.

Our dog loves this place. Great staff and cameras that you can watch live feed of the dogs on their website. Great place overall!

Need to reinvest annd modernize to keep up with competition. Staff need to smile and look like they like people (although liking animals is clearly Job 1). Seem to take good care of pets and animals (dog and cat) have always been well cared for when we have boarded them here.

We absolutely love Continental Boarding! We have been taking our 2 year old puppy, Colby, there for over a year and Colby loves it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We also bring our older dog, Aspen, there for nail trims. Aspen is a nervous dog, but the staff does an amazing job accommodating her. We wouldn't bring our dogs anywhere else.

It's comforting to watch our dog as she walks in and is greeted by friendly staff. She enjoys her time there, we tell her it's"Puppy Camp"!

Very good experience with these guys leaving my dog for a week.

I have been taking my dog to Continental Boarding for almost six years. Warm caring staff that my dog adores. I have always have had good experiences.

This was the absolute worst experience that my dog has ever had at a boarding facility. We were originally quoted a price for one night; however, once we dropped off our dog the price randomly doubled. In addition, when we picked up our dog she had a horrendous odor to her that took 2 days to wash out. I would not subject anyone’s dog to this type of treatment. I am highly disappointed and will not utilize this establishment ever again.

My dog always seems to like the staff and enjoy her time at Continental Boarding!
