This was the first time back to McNeal Veterinary Hospital since my dog died several years ago. Candice, was then her veterinarian. She and her staff are just as wonderful now with my new puppy as they were then. Glad to be back.

Dispite the building's appearance, the staff and veterinarian were very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and friendly. What they don't spend on decorating reflects in their fee. I had expected to pay twice as much than I did. Even if I have to pay double, I will continue to go there.

I was in town with my dog who needed more prescription dog food. The receptionist said you would have to order that but you can’t cause you’re not a client. Would my vet be able to fax you the prescription? No you’re not a client she says in a nasty voice. I can reassure you I never will be a client of yours now.
